If you can't speak English that's okay ! Theres lots of other jobs you could do here besides drive thru . As a huge fast paced customer service position I think being able to understand each other is very important , the women taking my drive thru order seemed to not understand what I was ordering . I said two number 1's and one number 5 all large , I was charged for 3 number ones all medium ?? I tried to tell her but all she said was "that's what I heard , that's what you the tell me." Its like she hardly understood what I said .
I given a three star I stated to the drive through staff burger king need to update it menu I rather go inside any fast food restaurants or others to see how clean the establishment is quite a few people in Rio Rancho NM stated they been getting sick eating out of others fast food since I got sick in 2019 eating inside a fast food I said I never eat from a fast food again it depends on where you go eat
I was the only one in the dining room and there was no drive-thru customers they forgot to give my order to the Cook and after 15 minutes I went and asked for my burger it took another 10 minutes to get it and it was wrong it had cheese and I didn't ask for cheese the fries that came with the meal were not cooked they had to start over with the fries it took another 15 minutes all in all I was in the restaurant by myself for over 30 minutes trying to get my order completed. Meanwhile there were five employees dancing around with their cell phones
I went at dinner time 5pm and the fries were old and cold along with the new whopper Frisco special. Not a good experience. Normally Burger King locations serve hot and fresh food.
They let me order breakfast even though the menu had changed just a few minutes before I reached the register. Such nice ladies working here.

Love the coupons. I can get feed my family of 4, two teenagers, fun under 20 bucks. Wow.
Burger King at this location is very good they seem to know how to please their customers by making the product Hot and fresh and the Cokes and drinks are always fresh and tasty keep it up Burger King five stars
Counter Staff was Friendly and HelpfulTables were dirty, obviously not sanitized, yet the Employee was cleaning the floors, and not wearing mask properly over Her nose.Food was cold by the time I got it to the table.
