We pulled up at 7:40 and were told that they close at 7:40…. Very convenient and odd time to close. If a business says they close at 8pm they usually keep the doors open until then and then lock up after. The time previous to this my wife and I went through the drive thru and they told us they were only excepting cash. The time before that they closed early because their systems had gone down again… Its very convenient that the workers come up with excuses time and time again. If I were the owner I would look at the sales from this location and compare to others. Red flags everywhere.

Worst customer service I've ever received anywhere! This is the second time I've come to this drive through and the the same girl has taken my order each time. While ordering over the speaker she is blatantly rude and mean. When I pulled up to the window she literally tossed my food to me and slammed the window. I waited and tried to get her attention because she forgot something in my order. After a minute she opens the window, I told her she forgot something in my order. She raised her voice and told me to get back in line and that they close in 5 minutes, then again slammed the window closed on me. It's not personal, she's like this with everyone. This is what Bobs Burgers hires to represent their company. What a shame.
Order green chili fries w/ no cheese. Obviously there is cheese on there. Didn't check my order cuz I was in a hurry for appointment. Try to call and complain over the phone and could not get a hold of anybody. Probably won't get my money back or remake. Ridiculous
We stoped and got breakfast. The food was cooked too order, our 1st my son got the chili cheese fries, with the green sauce, our 2nd visit we got the red sauce. Thr green taste better we found out. But the food was good each visit
Great food as always. Just need to be more attentive in wiping off tables in the dining area.
Horrible lunch, ordered a Combo D / 2 taco burgers and green chili cheese fries with diced tomatoes! The gave me whole tomatoes ? that looked rotten they were soggy and looked like they cut out the middle of the end of tomatoes my fries were sitting for a while I got them soggy as well never will I go again there to that location
Quick lunch. The Taco burgers were good. My kids, who enjoy chile, enjoyed them too.
This Bob's burgers needs to be remodeled BADLY! It's gross to eat in there! I tried to call to place my order and no one answered. So I drove there to order and no one was in there so they couldn't have been busy. They put the phone off the hook. The girl took my order had no customer service skills. Wasn't nice. I had to greet her. So then I'm waiting for my food and I decide to eat it in the Bob's since there wasn't anyone in there. All the tables were dirty. They hadn't cleaned then all day. I got my food and it was okay. My fries were cold. They must have have me fries that were just sitting there. And I got taquitos and the salsa had no flavor... needed salt or garlic. My chili dog was made very sloppy. While I was eating I was looking around and the restaurant just looked like a dump like they don't care how it looks. Maybe replace things little by little.
