Actually negative 2 ☆☆Called in my order was confirmed by a young woman 10-15 mins went to get it and the woman was closing with no trace of my order. She said it would take 30mins. But she was closing. Her coworker left with a big bag of food but none for me. Disappointment doesn't come close
This location is the worst in NM
We've tried this location twice. Waited in line 30 minutes the first time for a so-so burger. Gave them a second chance and placed an online hour...waited in line AGAIN for about 30 mins to discover they didn't have the order. We wont be back.
Placed an online order and I try to be as specific as possible so my order can be the exact way I order it. Every time is wrong. This is frustrating. I wish Blake’s can just get with it. Orders take to long and when they do arrive it’s not what you ordered. I always have high hopes for Blake’s but I have no idea what’s happening with this company
Place is extremely slow and the management is incompetent. Never have supplies. If it’s not the shake machine not working it’s no lids or cups no ketchup. One of the worst dine in experiences I have been in. The food is good but except a 40 min wait. I wouldn’t blame your average worker as it’s usually the incompetence of the managers.
I'm sad to see this location go down hill. Orders are often made wrong, t potatoes in breakfast burritos tasting like coconut. Today was the last straw, I placed a phone order, only to be told that they are out. I don't understand why I wasn't told that when I ordered.
I would not recommend going to this location. The service and people here are HORRIBLE. waited an hour for my food and when i finally spoke to someone they said they would be back out and never came back. i had to go in and when i asked what happened they gave my food to the car in front of me and everyone else had gotten their food that were behind me. the guy that messed up my order did not apologize and had to wait extra for them to remake the food and ended up dropping one of my drinks because they gave me a broken carrier. every time i have come here they have taken the longest time and mess up the orders as well. it’s very unorganized and unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The burger is great; however, the service is super slow. I waited 30 minutes to get my burger and fries. While waiting, I overhead another customer asking for his order that he had called in for pick-up, and the workers couldn't find it. That customer walked away with no food. This place needs better management.
Usually has good food, but most of the time if you order online and wait an hour before going in you won't have to wait. Other times you will still have to wait another half an hour. Would still get a better rating if the food quality was more consistent.
