I'm so disappointed...I have had less than stellar orders...if it comes out correct which it hasn't the last 4 times it has very little lettuce and no tomatoes...this time I ordered a lotaburger no cheese green Chile or bacon...I receive a double meat green Chile cheeseburger...no lettuce or tomato...so very disappointed..I gave them another chance...they were faster and everything came out exactly as I ordered and omg that was an awesome burger! Just like it used to be! Great job!
Lota burger still has the great taste in their hamburgers. They are not the lota you used to get. They have gotten smaller. And the service is good if you go where older ladies are working.
They were super quick with my order, the lobby's closed but that's no big deal. Blake's is delicious, if your new to town make sure you try the green chili latabuger.
This establishment used to be much better, but today I ordered a single burrito and it took 40+ minutes to finally get my food. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
90 dollars order and food was cold and dry. Will not go back. Don't get me wrong it smell good walking in the restaurant. But patties were dry.
I really feel bad for this particular store, this location can’t ever get an order right. The mobile orders specify every detail of a burger for example and even with that detail your order is still incorrect. The soda did not taste right and no one answers the phone. The new owners of the company are definitely not ones that care about quality and customer service

I know there’s some bad reviews here but I’ve been to this location 3 times in the last couple weeks and haven’t had any issues with my orders getting messed up. One of those times I waited a while in the drive thru but it wasn’t by fault of the employees, just a long line. Blake’s always makes my burger fresh and I’ve never had issues at this location, personally. Always delicious!
I called to order my food and there was never an answer. I went to lotaburger and ordered. When I asked why they didn't answer there phone the manager said they mute there phone because they don't have time to answer the phone. This is a lie, it was noon hour and I was the only one in the restaurant and while I waited for my order there were no other customers that came into the restaurant. This lotaburger is one i will never return to. When I asked the manager why they mute there phone she said because that's the way she wanted it. I don't think this is good business. Manager needs to go.
Order online. Lobby closed, my order ready and they tell me I have to go through the drive through line after all the people ordering. What a miserable waste of my time... and they even gave me cherry shake, instead of strawberry! Found out when we got home. I don't like cherry, so money waste too.
