This place is very dirty, almost every table had not been wiped down. There were no customers and yet the employees were just standing around. And I asked for a well done burger and it was raw.
Got charged 3 times and wait 1 hour for my food. This is unacceptable. Twice for the wrong order and once for the correct order I assume. I gave the cashier my debit card and than she said it got declined and than I gave her my credit card and she charged me. I check my account I have the funds and it said I got charged 17.41 i than show her and she said oh okay. And asked me to pay again I give her my credit card and she charges me for the right order and I don’t even get a receipt for the 3 transaction. Overall, the experience was horrible I won’t be coming here again. Please fix this.
I love Blake’s, but be prepared to wait a long time for your food at this location. I had to wait nearly an hour for my food at the drive through, and there were only 4 cars ahead of me in line. I understand there is a labor shortage, but that’s a really long time to prepare a couple burgers
Horrible, lazy manager, the crew seems to be working great. We walked in 40 mins ago (my wife, 3 kids under 5 and myself) the manager didn't give us a receipt when we ordered. Just now went to ask about what number we are and "ohh your ticket got lost under the others" our food just now got started and its not busy at all in here today. We are the only customers inside right now. Both my wife and I worked here as managers many years ago so we know it's not that hard. Lobby is a mess, and expect to stand by the counter for 10 mins before anyone talks to you. Not the same place it used to be unfortunately...Update- just got the food.. all the orders are wrong too. Not happy at all
Service has gotten better, compared to before the pandemic. If you do get green chili on a Lota burger, and you’re dining out, get it on the side so that your burger doesn’t get soggy.
The burgers and fries were super good. Misfortuneately the young lady at the drive thru is rude and that's fine as long as she's clean and fills the order right. She handed me a bag full of food and I said is that it? And she said yes, I get home and I was missing a bowl of chili. Hope you enjoyed it. This location has gone down hill I had another bad experience here with a bad Manger and filed a complaint with corporate and got no response. Get it together Blake's!
Food was great. Unfortunately, right after I left the drive through I received several suspicious charges on my debit card from some kind of online gambling site totaling $521.00. I don't know that it was a lotaburger employee but beware.
Burgers are still good.The green Chile has gone down hill, please bring back the flavor and heat, this "IS" New Mexico after all.The worst part is the forever wait at the drive thru.
Wow this place is terrible! Drive thru said be right with you as she doesnt turn of her mic and talks with someone while throwing fries out the window for the birds? Burger took over 45 min to get wonder why... will not return.
Still the slowest and worst Blake's there is. Absolutley incredible to come at lunch, have just one car order ahead of me, and still have to walk in to get my combo 30 mins later. Apparently they feel ppl that come on lunch breaks have all day. Pathetic as always.
