The Rio Rancho location is the worst I've ever been to, honestly, they just don't care, the sandwiches are usually not warmed up correctly, sauce is slopped on and shakes (when they do actually have them) taste funky or are not kept cold enough so you wind up with a melted mess running down the side of the cup. The good news is, the folks over at the San Mateo location absolutley rock! The food is always hot, shakes are wonderful and they actually have a sense of humor when you visit the drive-through. I guess it is just a matter of management and crew. RR, you need to step up your game.

Food was okay. I still can't figure out why they are so skimpy on the Arby's sauce. I shouldn't have to beg for a few packets, I have even offered to pay for extra.

You ask me what kind of drink I want in the meal deal but you don't ask me what kind of fries I want, the picture on the menu has regular fries, which I assumed I was getting. You assumed I wanted seasoned fries. NO! I hate them. Angry customer. I threw them away.

Waited for 15 minutes to receive my food. I got the 4 piece chicken nugget meal for my son. Only to get home and find an empty pack no chicken nuggets. I get that you are understaffed but come on seriously. This is food I am paying for and not receiving.

I have never been a fan of Ruban Sandwich. . But wow, this was amazing. Customer service was on point. Clean place all around. I could not find anything wrong if I tried.

Took a very long time to get our food. Dining room is quite run down. The registers look like they are from the 90's and the staff seemed to be really struggling with how they work. Also, the food seemed like it wasn't that fresh.

I drove in the Drive-Thru hoping to get something to eat around 7:00 p.m. The drive-thru menu wasn't lit up after dark. The person taking the order was cursing and swearing about me as I attempted to order from a menu that I could not see because it was dark and not lit up. After all the cursing and swearing I was done with and this Arby's location and drove off without completing my order or getting any actual food from Arby's because I don't believe in giving money where they obviously don't appreciate my time waiting, respect the customer, or at least give good service. Mind you, this was at an Arby's location within my hometown neighborhood. It was very insulting to me.

One of the worst Arby's I have ever been to, employees are slow and unprofessional. Waited 30 minutes for food. Cashier was rude when taking order and was unhelpful. I really hope Arby's takes better care of it's customers in the future ????

Didnt even want to order after mid way thru ordering. No customer service at all. They didnt answer for ever actually til i said "hey" not normal drive thru service. . . Probably trying to stall me out so id leave. What turned out to be a rude lil blonde boy answered barley vaugley. They were out of coke? Probably not just didnt want to serve me by tone of voice. No curly fries? Probably not just wanted to not serve me. Anyways i dipped and got taco bellDont go to arbys i didnt feel comfortable eating whatever they were going to serve me if they even were going to -5 stars man dont do it. Trust me. This automated response from arbys aint enough i dont ever be going back after today
