While waiting for our food a cockroach crawled onto my neck. Naturally I yelled and curse a little because THERE WAS A COCKROACH ON MY NECK!. I called for s waiter and the entire staff disappeared from the restaurant. 5 minutes later Jeremiah Rivera (who I assume was the manager) came out and asked me what I wanted to do. Since I was there as someone else's guest with a large group, I called the person paying for my meal over. I told Jeremiah that we would talk it over, but indicated I was so shocked that there was a live cockroach in the dining area. At this point, he told me there was nothing he could do about the bug situation, which may be the single worst answer I have ever heard for a problem in a restaurant. After some deliberation, we decided to leave. When Jeremiah asked what we had decided, I told him I had not appreciated his attitude and we would be leaving, at which point he tried to say he had not shown any attitude.Applebee's is not a very good restaurant to begin with, now I will never go back to any location.
Been to several other Applebee's and I must say I really hate Applebee's as it is a joke in my family but went to this one with my wife side and wow it was pretty nice service was great and everything.
Had been doing take out during the height of the pandemic but now that it seemed to be lessening we decided to dine in. We went on a Sunday during the early afternoon and requested seating which was a bit more removed from other folks who were dining. This was no problem and we were happy with the accommodation. The waitress came by quickly, ordered our drinks and then returned shortly thereafter for our entrée order. Our meals came out quickly and as usual, were very good. The only negative was that our waitress did not come by after serving our order to check to see if we needed beverage refills. Otherwise it was a good dining experience at a very reasonable price. I would recommend the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp . . . it has terrific flavor and just enough "zip" (but not at all overpowering) to satisfy even this green chili lover.
I called in a simple order. Left the house drove to Applebee's and walked in to get my food. I was there within ten minutes of calling in the order because I wanted a beer. I let them know I was there and got a beer. 1 hr later I walked out with my food. They told me 15 minutes on the phone. I asked the bartender to check 3 times in that hour and she said it would be right out all 3 times. Horrible experience.
Went there today with a girlfriend for our usual Tuesday lunch. Food was typical Applebees but today the service was so bad, they didn’t have enough staff to handle the 3 tables that had customers. Sadly we won’t be coming back to this or any other Applebee’s…..It’s better to stay closed if you don’t have the staff to offer the patrons hospitality that they come to your restaurant for.
Ultimately the best Applebee's grill I've ever been .the bartender is always on point the staff supet friendly .we go almost every Sunday with the softball team after out games feel like everyone's knows your name .lol
Food and service was great ?. Our server, Sophy, was very friendly and professional and made us feel right at home ?.
Typical franchise food. The 2 for $24 is a good deal. The chicken penne was good along with the spinach dip. My girlfriend enjoyed her salad as well. The best part of the meal was the service. We arrived during approximately one hour before closing. The server who's name a forgot was awesome. Serving us and cleaning up. She kept a smile on her face and a cheerful demeanor.
This was the 2nd time we ordered curb side pickup and had to wait 20+ minutes past scheduled pickup time. Cold soggy food isnt good. Wont order again.
No child, just no. Cold, half-cooked food. Not sure what the heck they put on my burger, but it certainly didnt taste or look like cheese.There wasn't even ketchup or anything on it. It was awful. I'm giving this two stars because at least the fries were edible, such a waste as the burger went directly in the trash bin.
