FIVE STAR RATING: We have been thoroughly impressed with the stellar customer service the team displays each visit. You are immediately greeted with a friendly smile/hello. The food is truly the best in Rio Rancho/Bernalillo. Highly recommend this establishment.
The food is good but when I ordered 51 bucks worth of food that I picked up, my order was wrong. Now my bad for not checking the bag for my husband’s Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. I call the restaurant and they say Oh we have the sandwich, come back in and you can have a free two liter. So I drive back over and grab a two liter and they hand me a hot box. I again get home and open the box, it’s a small pizza with half pepperoni and half cheese. I call again and this time I am told I would receive a 20 dollar credit. Haven’t heard from anyone or received a credit. So disappointed.
I hate to do this, but this is a message to Aldo, I can see why you have a 3 rating!!!. I got a pizza to take home, and it was not a good experience. It was like a high school prom; there were about 8 people squeezed behind the counter. I question the sanitary and cleanliness. There was very little washing of hands, girls with their hair not pulled back, people eating and drinking, lots of flirting and enjoying themselves way, way to much. The worse part was with all those behind the counter they left the pizza and didn't tell me it was ready.The pepperoni pizza was undercooked and not much pepperoni on it. If I wanted a mediocre or junk pizza, I could have gone to Little Caesers or Pizza Hut.I'm disappointed and hopefully this is a wake up call. I don't think I want to be a regular anymore. Fix your business.
Seriously the best pizza in the area. I will drive across town to order this pizza rather than the 15 pizza places that are closer to my house. This place is also great for a large party because you can get a huge pizza at a reasonable price. It's always been fantastic and I've never been disappointed no matter what kind of pizza I've ordered. I got a calzone, it was flat ,underdone, less than a half cup of mozzarella in the middle with nothing for 3 inches either way around the middle. It had a hint of ricotta cheese flavor but you couldn't see it.I gave all the dough to the dogs, they liked it!Also I arrived 25 minutes after calling as instructed to pick up and it wasn't even in the oven yet when I got there.
We ordered out when we first move here and it was ok. It was basically what we expected. Honestly I was much happier when I went in and ordered pizza by the slice, that pizza was way better. I would definitely recommend the pizza by the slice if you have the time to go in and sit down.
Pizza wasn't made good there was a big bubble of where they were missing ingredients. The service was bad. The young girl attending the register was rude with her attidue her name was alexis s. When we went to pick up our pizza she gave us the wrong one. Then we returmed the pizza she just took it and didnt even say tell us if our puzza we ordered was coming out she just walked away. Terrible service in the evenings. This was my second time goin there because the first time i went was during lunch hrs and the pizza was amazing and the service was way better. Alexis s sucks.
Worst experience. Did not give wings and told me they would deliver and never came. Paid over 60 dollars for a 1 pizza and 1 pasta. Called and they were very rude. I was told "we were very busy and this is what happens when we are busy". They never made it right. Just ripped me off as I didnt not get the food I was charged. This place gets worse everyday so I will never purchase from Aldos again

Cold pizza. Bad ravioli. Horrible service.The teenagers that run this place care more about hugging each other and dancing around than they do providing reasonable service and decent food. Waited over 45 minutes for TWO slices of pizza and bad ravioli and received them COLD. Ravioli was just square shaped pasta with half water half sauce - no filling. HIGHLY Disappointing and EXTREMELY overpriced. Will never go back.
