This location has never been good. Service and food has been bad on multiple visits. The waitress took over 20 minutes to tell me they were out of a ingredients for a drink I ordered. After another long wait, the new drink I ordered was missing the candy on top. It bothered me the way she told me they were out ,as she was walking away. To top that off our group was served cold wings and the chicken sandwich was so tough it wasn’t edible. This was on a Saturday night and the place was not busy , which is very telling.
Called, was placed on hold for 20 minutes, decided to place to-go order in person, waitress that took my order seemed high (and had her vape In her hand) and forgot to give my order to the cook, I waited an hour for something that has normally taken 20 mins. After I finally got my order she didn’t include my whole order so I had to wait more for missing items. (All corrections done by the manager because the waitress was just sitting around and talking on the phone) the manager was great but the waitress (I think her name was autumn, at least that’s what the receipt says) should be fired.
This place has the worst customer service. I am very patient with staff because I know people are under staffed but the waitresses and bartender were just rude. They gave me a drink I didn’t order and basically gave me rude attitude because I asked for the correct order. Our queso was cold, I told the manager and then just left. I won’t ever go back they lost my business.
No doubt about Mrs Linda james's the best among all account manager I swear to tell the whole world about her, so why don't you invest with her she's trusted and fast I never believed If I trade with $700 I will have profit of $8000 in 5 working days you are indeed the greatest woman ever God bless you ma'am I will tell all my friends and family to trade with you, you put smile on my face
Mama always said "even if you have something bad to say about someone or something, at least start out with a compliment. OK, Mom here's to you: The restaurant is in a good location. Now for the Ugly Truth. I would say that maybe 50% of the staff does a good job. But the other 50% take rude, inattentive service to new heights. Management and staff need to be completely reworked. Other restaurants have overcome today's hiring challenges. Some people are rude and lazy. Just because they may show up to work, does not make them a good hire. Walking into a Wing Daddy's is like flying on Spirit Airlines. You know that you will receive poor customer service on your flight but if management keeps their prices low enough, consumers will accept the discomfort and still return.
I don’t understand why Wing Daddy’s advertises their Margarita’s but doesn’t have any of the ingredients to make them. I tried to order 3 different ones and they didn’t have what they needed. Our server was Mia and she was SUPER sweet, she deserves a raise lol
Chicken was very tough, tasted okay. Wife ordered a water and I a sweet tea. Got 2 refills and was charged full price of the drink, and was not informed until receiving the receipt, even then was not informed until reviewing the price. Asked our waitress about free refills (after reviewing the beverages section and seeing no where it says no free refills) and was told “I was told to ring it up like this”. Very upset that I was not informed of this. Thought I would be returning, but not after being charged the price of my meal in sweet tea. Ridiculous, it was even close to closing. The tea would have gone down the drain regardless.
Usually very good today was very bad. Ordered the margarita with salt on the rocks . It came with leftover chili rim on the glass. Gross. It's a pandemic don't need some one elses left overs. Ok waitress corrected it. I have never complained in a restaurant before mind you. Order buffalo shrimp,10 wings ,celery and carrots and french fries. Fries were cold celery had sauce spilled on them hate sauce and my wings were wrong. Waitress was very good about correcting them but nothing came out together. I ate french fries while waiting on my wings and my husband ate his shrimp before I got my dinner . Glad this wasn't my first time there S it would be the last. I believe the manager needs to train the staff a little bit more also the special beer was war
Terrible service waited over an hour for our food the staff was rude with the exception of the bartender who was the only one who communicated anything! Ask to speak to the manager to have the home team game put on which is why everyone went she wouldn’t come out of the office we asked 3 different times and 30 mins later she finally came out and said the tablet was dead and that she couldn’t change the channel so while we ate we got to watch bean bag toss!! She is the WORST manager and her staff needed help and she just sat in the office. She is not a leader and if you continue to keep her on staff your business will continue to decline!
Terrible service! Manger wouldn’t come out of the office and was letting her staff handle all the customer issues when she finally came out from hiding 30 mins later she was not helpful! Your manager should be a leader especially when people are waiting over an hour for food!
