During our visit the night time guys were very fast and friendly.
Quit eating here because of unfriendly older man and found that the chili dogs at Sonic were far superior in taste, and went on sale a lot cheaper than these.
We went for a veggie hot dog because we had a coupon and wanted to try a restaurant chain that was new to us.. 3 choices are available for how the veggie dogs are dressed, meaning 3 different combinations of condiments and other toppings. I don't know if variations are possible. We have disliked veggie dogs in the past, but these were good.
When I'm at my wits end or just plain tired both my roomie and my brother love fast food from chili dogs to tacos. It gives me down time no dishes to wash and they're ? so then I am too. Staff is fast professional and always have a smile
I'm glad they brought back the veggie dogs. It's a very good option if you are looking for vegetarian/plant-based fast food.
The food is pretty good, however- the customer service is a completely different animal. My friend and I ordered in the drive thru and all is well. Upon approaching the window to get our food and pay, we were not expecting a very impolite man. My friend politely asked him to keep the change, and no receipt, he gave us both. Once we received our tasty dogs, my friend goes in for a third time to ask for extra ketchup, the man quickly ignores her slamming the window shut to our shock and our doom. Horrible customer service! He ignored 3 simple requests and shut us away! The drive through experience was equivalent to that of human feces.

This place has been a staple and fast food anchor, an original one, for as long as i can remember.Intetesteresting thing about Der Wienerschnitzel or sans the "der"," but I still refer to it that way. Not sure when that changed but this place is located in only 18 states and they are truly special in my very humble opinion for that, coupled with the. fact that every franchise is almost, it seems in reading about it, guaranteed to make a very decent chunk of profit.Its in very high demand.. has the one and only that i know of, proprietary brand of their own hot dog chili... and THAT is pretty damn genius. Love them or hate them... either one extreme or the other-How Id love to have the capital required to open one of these franchises.They had some absolutely amazing vegan dogs last year, im unaware if they were a test run, but again- love em or hate em, they have withstood almost utter commercial decimation of the El Paseo business corridor and however long they have been at this location (there is another on North Main/Hwy 70, which is newer... the one on lohman was torn down and a chick fil a is there now-- (that place almost has its' own roundabout for traffic control.. in its parking lot... :-/ )Wienerschnitzel is and hopefully always will be one of rocks that is the foundation for good things coming out tiny and unexpected places.i will also mention again that the fast food industry has been a very unexpected overachiever during these pandemic times and I sincerely hope their pay rates have been substantially increased, and also hope people have a very different opinion now of the fast food "minimum" wage workers. Here in this city, (which now has an all female city council,:-) ) the minimum wage was raised. Many of the former fed min wage careers and jobs, needed that because like it or not, these are the backbones of what can be a spineless economy, if they didnt exist.The lemonade pineapple ... pineapple lemonade... here is amazing also. :-)Ill always give this place five stars. :-)

I really enjoy getting a quick bite from this place. It reminds me of my father when we moved here and his appetite had dwindled pretty much due to his illness, but he ate his chili cheeseburger licking his fingers saying," mmmm I really enjoyed that" & "I want to come here again I really liked that burger-- boy that was so good". Myself I must agree the chili is always on point actually it's all been pretty damn good plus the staff is always friendly. I know my review is more on a personal note, but since my father passed shortly after his one & only visit to Wienerschnitzel, I come here quite often because it puts a smile on my face every time. I can still see him eating that burger with such delight so yes I recommend this place for sure and I know my father would totally agree. ?️? ?️? ?️??
