Use to love going to Wienerschnitzel! Not anymore! On this occasion, it had been a long day and decided to pick up an order to go. The girl in the drive-thru window was not very happy. Bad day perhaps? Needless to say, the bag was literally thrown at me. I tried to ask a question but was ignored. So, I drive off and go home. Upon getting home, I find that the order is all wrong. Items are even missing, so I call and ask to speak with a manager. The woman who answered the phone states she is the manager and that her name is, Angie. I explained to her what all was wrong and she very harshly stated there was nothing she could do. I couldn't believe my ears! So I asked to speak to the owner. She stated she wouldn't (couldn't) give the number. I asked to speak to another manager, and she said, "call back in the morning, bye!"Unbelievable that this place is even still in business! Avoid at all costs!
Very good lunch. Great help in both locations. The one on Main St and the one on Paseo. My grand children loved their food. Nice & hot , the jalapeno poppers are loved by the Adults.
Food was not fresh, and burger meat was so Dry! Paid for extra chile sauce on 4 chile fries, didn't get it.. very much disappointed
I wouldn't even give one star. Angie the manager is rude! Tim Kass needs to have a talk with the crew- the girls are so short with you. They don't welcome you or anything. Bad customer service. I will never go their again!
I enjoy Wienerschnizel from time to time and usually only visit this location as it is convenient for me; after the last few visits I'm reconsidering that will continue forward. From incorrect order taking to the employees being impolite with just about everything in between. I don't usually take my time to write these but the staff is just a bunch of kids that could truly care less.
Went through drive through, got home and was short one chili dog. Really sucks when they can't get a order of 5 dogs right.
This is not the first time this has happened!! Once with me and tonight with my husband, husband went for some jalapeño poppers and some shakes while ordering the girl said to my husband (YOU WANT THEM COLD CAUSE MY FRYER IS OUT B***h) I was not with him thank god, BUT this is very uncalled for and very unprofessional disrespectful a*s kids, as for the male at the window he also was very disrespectful to my husband he asked to speak to the manager as he tapped his fingers telling my husband he has to move out of the way and the manager was in the restroom, as he waited for her he asked for her name and and everyone’s name involved as he left the drive through she yelled at him (GO AHEAD AND CALL ???? Bi**H) I would like this situation to be handled. ASAP
Burnt corn dogs. Aussie dog made incorrectly. Missing food. Do not recommend this location at all
