Very busy but the workers handled it very well!! The person who took my order was super patient with me not knowing what I wanted + ordering a lot of food, and gave me everything I asked for super fast. All the food was exactly what I asked for (down to toppings and sauces) and the attitude was amazing from everyone. Great job!!
Best location from las cruces. Have gone to other locations and there is always something wrong. Not this place.... always gets it right... its worth the trip I take even if it's the one farther away from my home
Service was good, order was served quick but the avocado bacon burger I ordered was definitely nothing to brag about. It had far too much tangy sauce and avocado which overwhelmed the flavor of the burger all together.
Food used to be good here now it is trash! Avoid going at night. Workers even joke about not washing their hands after using the bathroom ? (in front of customers). Manager sounds like a clown as well. I will never come back to this restaurant!
Love the food the staff is great they actually take care of their customers in line other restaurants should take notice of what Whataburger does when they get busy
We were VERY disappointed that the mushroom swiss burger was taken off the menu. That was our favorite and our reason for going to Whataburger. ??
If you’ve never been it’s a high quality McDonald’s. Definitely not comparable to In & Out it’s just not the same restaurant. The staff and food quality is top notch, if you’ve never gone it’s worth the visit. Also their breakfast sandwiches & Coffee are bomb.
Bought almost $50 worth of food.. and was asked to support a local competition for them selling cookies, added 4 cookies and asked for extra ketchup and mustard... did not receive any cookies or condiments. Wife went back in to ask for some and received 2 packets for the entire order...I went back in again after noticing our drink order was wrong asked for ketchup and was told I had to buy more food.... purchased yet another burger to get ketchup and was only handed 2 more packets..... very unhappy customer.
I shy away from fast food in general. I went to this location out of necessity. The service was prompt, the manager worked at the counter, and continued to manage his staff. The staff looked professional, very tidy. All in all, I enjoyed my experience. They serve a very good hamburger.
