Great pizza but customer service is poor the highschool kid behind the counter with a face that matches the food would not allow me to use the bathroom after we bought a pizza and I'm 4 months pregnant at 8:00pm they close at 10:00pm. The cashier said he had just cleaned them and no I could not use the restroom just to pee. They really should brush up on their customers service skills I've worked customer service for over a decade longer than the cashier who denied me the restroom and I explained to him we were paying customers and I'm pregnant with twins he still said no he just cleaned it.
Cool vibe and pretty fair prices. We went here after reading some other reviews about the gluten free crust and had to check it out.May or may not be better pizza in the area.
We’ve gone to eat pizza before and it was amazing. Today we just wanted wings since we made pizza at home, I was surprised when they told us it would be about 30 minutes for wings (waited a little more) but it was soooo worth it!! We got Lemon pepper, bbq and mild wasn’t a big fan of the lemon pepper but the bbq and mild were amazing! The wings are huge and had a lot of the sauce. Definitely a much better choice than wingstop!
Top notch products turn into appetite pleasing pies here at Valley Pizza. The in house dough is finaminal. Like I can't eat enough of this place, if I could, id be a ? ? myself. ?
I didn't have any expectations and was trying this place out for the first time. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to others. Prices are fairly high, but this isn't a huge chain and easily beats the major pizza chains on having better tasting pizzas so it is what it is.
The pizza tasted great but very little bacon on both pizzas! Maybe 10 pieces the size of bacon bits. Disappointing!Well went again today on 2-14-22 and the same thing happened. I showed your employee and she said she'd tell her manager. Obviously I haven't learned my lesson from going here. You guys are so chinsy with your ingredients. Take a look
If you are from New York...your going to love this place. By far the best place for the whole family. No one can make a calzone in Las Cruces like them (New York style)I felt like I was back in NYC. And their sandwiches are Bam! Get out of here! Inside seats are limited...but plenty of space outside. You will be amazed and they deliver.
Great customer service. First time visiting. It seems to me to be a new York style pizza. Thin, very foldable and greasy. The ingredients are top notch and the pizza is very flavorful right out the oven. There's a large menu with plenty to choose from. I spend $19 on an extra large pepperoni pizza. It was ready in 10min.
When hot, it is the best pizza in Las Cruces. The green chili can actually be hot! The wings are meh. I've had multiple issues with the orders being incorrect, cold, or just plain forgotten when using the online ordering, or calling in, so now I just go in to make my order and pick up some Ice Box from across the street while waiting. They have daily deals that make the prices great too. There's a bunch of antique items in the store to check out while you wait.
Valley Pizza has decent food. However, their customer service is terrible. Every time my husband and I have placed an order with them it comes out wrong. They have sent us salads without any dressing, Sandwiches without the items we paid extra for on them, club salads without any meat on them, or the wrong substitutions. They have never offered a refund for any of the items they have mess up. They just apologize, offer to send the correct items an hour later, and continue to mess our orders up. If you want prompt service and your orders to come out correct. I would not recommend ordering from them ever. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but at this point it is absolutely ridiculous. They seem to always be in a rush and careless with their orders. Roadrunner Pizza has proven to be a much better option for us. We will never patronize this establishment again.
