steaks very good. all our side dishes were cold. not first time
Awesome and love there food and the employees are so cool!
They are falling behind as a restaurant and this one in particular makes the food chain look horrible. They’re short in staff it seems and the food is getting more expensive and the food is not up to part anymore! One manager in particular was very rude and unprofessional. I rate the restaurant in a whole a one out of ten. I’d rather pay more at crackle barrel!! Terrible!!
Words can’t explain how nasty this was , and the manger said it was an outside bug but honestly looked like a cockroach, & previous before this incident we went and there was a dead fly on the raw steaks I’ve always been a big fan of Texas Road House but after this incident I don’t think I will be returning. I have a video but it wouldn’t allow me to post so be aware of places you are eating from you never know what is being hidden. btw this is the Bread they serve I actually took a bite into a bread before noticing this was in the middle I don’t know how long it was crawling on the bread for

great place for dine in service! To Go service has a lot to be desired though, Every time without fail I only get acknowledged by an employee if someone else is already waiting for their food or if there is a line. Hope the tip goes to a server instead of the people who just ignore me :(
This is a popular place in Las Cruces. It was crowded as usual but there was no waiting to get a table for 2. My friend had a 6 oz sirloin with a loaded potato and I had a bacon, cheese burger with steak fries. It was disappointing the only cheese the offered was American white and pepperjack. The burger was rather thin compared to other places I've been. It was also rather salty. My friend enjoyed her steak and potato. The best part of the meal for me was bread they serve before your meal. It was amazing. The whipped butter had bit of cinnamon in it to make things even better.
Service was good.. although they were packed ( Saturday night) wait was only about 5 minutes
Loved everything about it! Accidentally stumbled upon this place. Have dined at various other establishments while visiting Las Cruces, NM. Was so “pleasantly “ surprised when I dropped in for a steak dinner! Service was excellent and super friendly. The food- from the salad, bread, dinner- just “all of it”, was excellent! I look forward to my next visit there.
Service was great. But the food and everything else was awful. The glasses were absolutely filthy. You’d think after COVID, cleanliness would be top notch. The ribs came out burnt and mashed potatoes were watery and tasteless. Luckily we had the famous bread and butter, but that was about the only thing that was cooked well. Texas Roadhouse used to be a great spot to enjoy good food, however, I’m saddened that I will not be returning now.
