I’ve eaten here a lot! The food is absolutely awesome, best birria I’ve had, probably ever. Service could definitely improve, the staff is usually not very friendly. Also it’s a little weird that they charge more for using a card at a restaurant, but acceptable. Just at least keep enough change so people that want to pay cash are able to.
Food was alright. Wish they added more veggies like tomatoes and lettuce to their dishes. If you dine in, a robot brings you your food.
Very clean and food was delicious. Menus are self checkout beautifully updated but it loses that connection with the customers and had to wait for assistance anyways.. but easily able to navigate just had additional food preferences. In and out Dining...love that. Tables available for everyone.
First time the other day and I LOVED IT! The food was great the staff was great and even the robot was cool! Lol it really is a great Mexican restaurant! Try it out u won't regret it! My new fav!
Touch screen menu has never worked in the multiple times we have been here and tried to use it. Always a long wait regardless. The good news is that the food is good and they give you bountiful servings. The people that work here are nice. And I like the fact that they respond to reviews.
DELICIOUS ? LOVE THIS PLACE! their shrimps are plumpy and juicy. They never disappoint this far. I like to go via drive thru. Altho the drive thru takes a while, it's always worth the wait. Better it is to have it made good and right than sloppy and careless for the sake of speed. Awesome
Was so unhappy with our order. Was hoping to get Baria tacos but no where near that. The sauce was watery and had no flavor at all. Also ordered carne and it was chewy and fatty. Waited in line for about 1 hour and food wasn’t even warm when handed to us. Never again.
The carne asada was terrible. Not only Bland but also CHEWY. You expect edible meat but we literally had to throw it out. The shrimp taco was okay. It was 3.50 for 6 mini shrimps and a tiny tortilla. It was flavorful but boring and so small. Never going back sadly. It was better as a food truck.
The drive thru is a mess. The staff make you use the touch screen or your not getting food. I called and told them they shouldn't force people to use it since it's hard to get close without damaging your car or the screen. They informed me to reverse and get closer. What they don't understand not everyone is going to do that through drive thru. This place has good food just drive thru sucks. You might as well go inside the restaurant and use the touch screen.
have always ordered from this place....until they upgraded the drive through menu's.....not interested on sitting in line for 10 minutes to order by touch screen....especially since everyone is so worried about this virus....the screens are dirty and not worth dealing with....the regular menu was fine before not sure why you all changed that....the robot is a laugh....it's as if customer service is not relevant to anyone anymore....AI isn't a cool thing if you truly think about it....rather go to the food truck....and order there....plus they are nicer and you don't have to deal with touch screen or apps....even the app wasn't working....sometimes technology just doesn't work.....seems like the older way was the best way....don't get me wrong the food is sometimes good....love the cucumber drink....keep it simple not overly techy you will lose customers because of it....
