If ur gonna wear apple Airpods while ordering my food.. at least get my oder right..
The sandwiches were, as always, great. They are very consistent and the staff is always pleasant and efficient.
The sandwich was so thin got a footlong and a 6 inch and had asked for alot of veggies on both not happy. Won't be going back to this one.
Whichever dude worked here by himself on 4/4/22 at around 7:45 pm, your a terrible employee who most likely contributes the the fact this Subway location has 0 customers. We came through the drive thru to find a sign saying Out of Order, no problem. We pulled up to order at the window. He made eye contact with us and left to the back, he did not come to the window. We tried calling, honking, and knocking to no avail. We turned off the car and heard pots and pans banging. He decided to do dishes while we were waiting to be seen. He finally comes to the window and asked how he can help us. We try to order a single sandwich and he says he can’t, drive tru is out of order. We ask why he can’t just ring us up. He claimed he needed an entire separate computer system…to ring us up at the window when the normal register and computer is 2 feet away. We drove off and won’t be back.
Came in was greeted immediately very friendly atmosphere great fresh food recommended too all friends family 100%
We stopped here at four pm, and we went through the drive thru, before we headed out of Las Cruces, yesterday, and I was not happy with the quality of the food we received, first of all the worker took forever to get the order, after repeating myself multiple times, because the speaker was distorted badly, we were finally asked to pull around and it was fifty bucks, our food was soggy and bread was soggy, yet still tough to bite(seemed old), all the cokes were watery, and we had to wait another ten minutes for the order to be done, we had to throw the food away from four of the five meals ordered!! If I hadn't been an hour away from Las Cruces, I would have taken it all back and asked for a refund!!
Very disappointed! Rarely get takeout and this experience was horrible! First mistake was going through the drive thru. The kid working would as for the order and tell us to hold. He did that several times. Then my sandwich didn't have what I asked for. People just don't care about service anymore.
As a former subway employee, I had more work ethic as a stressed out high schooler than any of the girls working here. The three girls were all in the back laughing and didn't come to the counter for a while when I walked in. The one girl that took my order was very pushy and wanted me to hurry up my ordering process so she could go back to "B.S.ing" in the back with the others. But the first thing that I noticed when I walked in and left, was that the glass that is to be pulled down when not in use was not closed for the entire 30 minutes that I was in there. During that time, they made maybe 3 other sandwiches, leaving the glass open and walking to the back ech time. One star for the cleanliness of the restaurant, no more stars for anything else
Love the way the bread smells wen u walk in,sooo yummy.
Poor employee was working on her own. Didn't have some of the cutlets and I think it missed up my stomach. Not good..
