The guy was very knowledgeable. But the girl seemed very bothered and was rude. Plus your toaster did work and everything I wanted had turkey in it and even though my subway melt was almost done they couldn't make it because of no turkey and no subbing meats. Ended up walking out
MGR STOLE PKG THAT HAD USPS TRACKING AND DOC. DEL. ON 01/24/22 TO THE MGR AT SUBWAY FROM USPS, THE MGR HAS LIED CLAIMING USPS NEVER DEL. PKG. LIAR AND THIEF. THIS PKG. CONTAINED VEG. & FLOWER SEEDS WORTH $148.38 FOR DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS GARDENS 2022. WATCH YOUR BANK CREDIT/DEBIT CARD WHEN USING YOUR CARD AT THIS SUBWAY, IF THE MGR WILL STEAL DISABLED AMERICAN VETERAN GARDEN SEEDS, WHAT WILL SHE DO NEXT. THE OWNER MUST BE ALLOWING THIS BEHAVIOR TOO. THIS ALSO BRINGS UP THE QUESTION ON THE FOOD AND PRODUCE PRODUCTS AND THE SAFETY OF EATING IT. IF THEY STEAL FROM DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS WHAT ARE THEY CAPABLE OF DOING TO OTHER AMERICANS.
This was my 1st time going to this location and I'll never be back. I went in and the 2 females had absolutely no customer service! They were rude and snotty.. when the female put the veggies on she hardly put any.. let's just say the whole experience at this location was awful.
whoever the proprietor of this location is a major sleaze ball. This location is always running out of ingredients and the employees are the rudest I've ever encountered, and I've seen the person running the place just flirting with employees the entire time you're trying to place an order. This place is a joke and needs to be shutdown!
Went into the store at 2001 E Lohman at 7pm on 11-28, an hour before closing, and the 2 employees there refused to make any hot sandwiches. When asked if the micro and toaster worked they Said everything was working fine they were just not making anything but cold sandwiches.
People were really friendly and food was fresh, the were out of a couple condiments and toppings. Place was clean and well maintained.
Give my husband a refund for the coke he never received. Not when you feel like it.
The meatball sandwich I ordered was awful. All the meatballs were burned beyond help, it was on the wrong bread and there was absolutely NO sauce. When I called to discuss the problem the girl was VERY rude. I do not recommend dealing with this establishment. The girl that was so very rude was Kendra. I'll be contacting management about her awful attitude with customers.
