Decently fast but this is the worst Starbucks in town in regards to quality. The drinks never taste right, especially on the weekday morning shift. I would never go here if it wasn’t the location closest to me, but it’s disappointing pretty much every time.
Crystal didn't know that I haven't been to Starbucks in years and still was very kind and patient with me. And she gave me some recommendations to fit what I am able to drink! Thanks Crystal!
Normally I can get picture perfect and tasty drinks. Today however, was not sure what I recieved with my hot drink order. Even with my favorite hot drink it is usually picture perfect and very tasty. I kind of think I got someone else's drink in my cup. Did not know unt I got home and started drinking it.
Service her was bad. I asked for a splash of lemonade in my trenta water and they wanted to charge me for a tea. Didn't make sense since this should be FREE. I don't understand what people think customer service is anymore.

Place is always busy and those girls work hard but the customer service can be hit or miss. If your ordering pick up they will ignore you most od the time.
This Starbucks is great, the staff is always happy and friendly. It does get a bit busy around 4pm.
Friendly service and not too bad for being understaffed. My drinks were pretty good however, every single time, they were super sticky.
Fast and friendly! They are a great team and always very welcoming! Everyone seems like they get along and work together well, very quick to say hi and make sure you are having a great experience. Starbucks as a whole should take notice of this location and this amazing team work and friendly atmosphere!
I use the pre-order on the app to do a quick pick up versus waiting in a long line only to make you late and grumpy 1st thing in the morning! My order is alway's ready and correct! Plus my yummy favorite White Chocolate Mocha with almomd or coconut milk and a pump of pistacho sauce! ?
