Drinks were great but customer service is lacking. The drive thru check out lady was the least nice person I’ve encountered in Las Cruces. She was not engaging in fact ignored me and went on about her conversation with the male barista. Also, she was rude when I requested my drink to be stirred as opposed to shaken. I’m glad I have always been met with the friendlies associates at the Sonoma ranch location they’re the best in town!

I went only to get someone else a coffee. Really, no non-milk creamers? No almond, no rice, nothing? The barista snottily said, "We find non-dairy creamers ruin our product." Yeah, bye. Thanks for stinky black coffee that made my car smell like a musky coatimundi. One star for staff at least allowing a troubled homeless woman and dog to shelter inside.
Best Starbucks in town by far the best location in Cruces. They are fast and very friendly. They went above and beyond. I’m sorry I didn’t get names but we went around 9 p.m. in the drive thru(special shout-out to the barista/cashier). I informed them of my sons birthday and his drink was his birthday gift from them. I greatly appreciate the employee who literally put the cherry on top because that is what he was wanting all day and kept asking and talking about Starbucks. :) thank you guys and gals you are all awesome. Keep up the great work :)
Horrible customer service and are not even consistent with their drinks. If you can go to the one on Valley Drive or the University one, I suggest you do so. Manager is also rude. Judging from other people's reviews on here it seems customer service is not their strong point. Also they always seem to be out of merchandise. Small straws for a big Venti Frap. Like are you serious? Whoever is doing the orders needs to get with the program because the other Starbucks that I go to in this City don't have this problem. It's always you guys that fall short.
If I could give no stars I would I went in the morning this week and just completely the worst horrific service I've ever had. Not only was my coffee horrible because the barista Sasha let me expresso die within 5 seconds. She was yelling and being disrespectful towards another employee! How can Starbucks allow a terrible, cooled hearted bully like this Sasha work here. Looks like she's never been put in her place. Worst costumer service and terrible management if she's management to begin with. Do not recommend this Starbucks at all!

There is usually a super long line, but they can make It go fast comparatively to others, and they usually get the order correct even when busy
The citrus mint tea was awesome, and the wife got a coffee Frappuccino, which she also enjoyed! We couldn't leave Haley out so we got her a pup cup...the picture says it all!
I have a Starbucks just yards from my home and I prefer to drive to this location because their customer service is ALWAYS impeccable. The staff (even though they are extremely busy) take time to greet you and welcome you, even take time to ask you how your morning/day is going. I will forever continue to go out of my way to visit this location!
