Young kid didnt know how to give back correct change. Wanted to keep 2.50 extra money. Then ordered drink with 2 added items cost 4.00 and drink had no added items.
This place always makes really hot food and it's always a great experience every time I come here no matter what time day or night
I go every morning to get my large Dr. Pepper with extra ice. Morning durning the week are great!! Night and weekend need to improve. I have been coming for over 15 years and live by other Sonics. This is the one I prefer here in town.
The employees here are kind and cheeky.. as far as the preparedness of the food tho its bout average compared to other sonics... the employees iv had contact with when I passed thru has been more pleasant than most places iv gone.
The strawberry cheesecake shake has been my new addiction since first finding it out. Honestly, I think I've had one everyday since finding them. Delicious!
Very, very, bad! Miniscule portions, exorbitant prices, got regular coke instead of diet coke (very bad and dangerous error) charged $3.50 for family sized fries yet box barely over 1/2 full, charged .50 for LETTUCE requested on 1/4 pounder, fish sandwich not worth .30 yet charged 3.00,. I dont know how they manage to stay in business! B king, wendys are light years superior all around.
Pretty happy using this Sonic mostly over the years. Broken hearted when they stopped the half price burgers on Tuesdays. I hope they will occasionally have printed coupons come in the mail for those of us who read the reviews on the apps and decided we didn't need the stress of fighting to try to get one to work.
This place is ridiculous they serve piss warm tea and then laugh as they do it as far as I'm concerned Sonic is the worst place to order food or drinks from in Las Cruces I talked to the manager and she couldn't even defend her establishment because she knew it was true death to Sonic death to Sonic
It was nice but wow..... the new bacon on bacon quarter pounder was so tiny. How can they call this a quarter pounder?? Not good for the price. The service was great though.
My experience at Sonic always makes me think back from when I was a kid and my parents took us to the a&w Drive-In and they would bring out your food and the food would be on a tray that set up on your window well I guess Sonic is the closest thing that nowadays you have to that so it it makes me think back when I was a kid and always puts a smile on my face
