Thanks for the 20 min drive thru wait and onions. I asked 3 times to be sure. It doesn't and never will matter to an assembly line worker who wants a 5 dollar an hour raise. I tossed the burger in the trash. Waste of money. Not worth bringing it back. You'll still get it wrong. Just never going back again. No one I know goes there anyway. I gave it a shot.
What has happened to customer service there certainly wasn't any at this location today I understand you get busy but there's no need to be rude when you make a mistake and a customer comes to you and asks you to fix it you don't have to roll your eyes or being disrespectful you could say I'm sorry let me fix that for you not that hard very disappointed in this location.
All American dog - bread is old and hard- hot dog was cold ( never heated) - over the top,with onion and relish- enough for 3 footlongs
Got everything about my order wrong. Then didn’t bother telling me they were out of large cups but proceeded to charge me for large drinks but gave me mediums.
They gave me the wrong food and their fries tasted like there was dirt in them. Will never visit this Sonics again. You're better off getting food somewhere else even another Sonics.
I've been to this location twice. Both times nobody responded when I pushed the red button. Not sure how long I waited the first time, but tonight I set my timer. 10 minutes I waited before I left. I called and asked to speak to the manager. She was apologetic and cited the usual short staffed issues. I will not be patronizing any Sonic "restaurant" ever again. I recommend you do the same.
Mostly happy, few complaints over the years, but the chili dog my caregiver got me a couple of weeks ago had chili juice on the dog, no meat or beans. I asked her to go back and tell them, on her way home, don't know if she did or not.
We pulled into the Sonic ordering stall and the screen was upside down. That was odd. We then proceeded to order. We ordered three drinks. One sprite with grape, one ocean water, and one banana cheesecake milkshake. There must have been something wrong with the speaker too, because we had to tell the lady three times that it was not a cherry limeade that we wanted, it was a sprite with grape. Same thing with the milkshake. The drinks came out. The ocean water and sprite with grape was correct, but they gave us a plain vanilla milkshake with nothing in it at all. Sonic, always living up to it's potential.
I order a small chocolate shake and ice cream cone waited 30 minutes for them to tell us ice cream machine was broken. So once we said ok refund us suddenly the ice machine had enough to make our ice cream. Extremely rude will not come back.
Always good drinks and blasts, food is hit or miss I've noticed lately and not consistent either but we still love it cuz it's Sonic lol!!! ?
