Today I ordered two route 44s one of which was a cranberry slush.which I took to my wife.turns out it was strawberry which my wife us very allergic to strawberries.niw I can't even call to complaint because they don't answer the phone. Its not like they were very busy at 3:00 in the afternoon. 6 vehicles parked in the parking lot. I won't be going to sonic on telshore again.
It's pretty great, assuming the ice cream machine works and the staff isn't goofing off. Then again, we went in late at night, and nothing works like it should then.
After they received their health inspection failure my husband and I decided to try them out again after a few months. Apparently their low grade hasn’t motivated them to change much. We ordered a chicken sandwich combo with a large Dr Pepper, tots, and a coke float. After waiting for 15 minutes for everything, the tots were stale, the sandwich was soggy, the coke float had chocolate spilled all over the side as well as ice cream, and the Dr Pepper had blue raspberry syrup in it. We didn’t get a receipt to even prove we didn’t order it with blue raspberry even though the guy repeated it back correctly and it was on the screen correctly. We will not be back for awhile unless things change dramatically, either with management or food and staff quality improvements.
I asked for a large coke easy ice and I got half the cup full with ice. Took like r drinks outta my soda and it was gone. My burger was cups, didn't get my sauced chicken in the same bag, had to wait for the car hopper to go back in a pack it.
Service a little slow, had an issue with a hole in the cup that they fixed right away. Food is good. I really like the variety of drinks they offer.
Sonic on El Paseo is great. People are friendly and quick. Love the drinks in mornining for $,99 before 10 a.m. and Happy Hour from 2 to 5:00 p.m.
I understand they get busy at lunch time but isn't there an order system? I was waiting for almost an hour for someone to answer my order all the new vehicles that showed up after me got thier orders answered right away it's ridiculous!!
I was just at this Sonic here in Las Cruces...now the most of the Sonic restaurants I don't have issues with...This one really just rubbed me the wrong way... First of all I sat in stall # 7 for about 15 minutes... I kept pushing the button for services. Finally I say waiter person and asked if the button was working. He stated that he would talk to someone and ask them to come and take my order...Another person then came out and told me the stalls # 3,5, &7 were not working and I could move to another stall if I wanted to order something. I then decided to go through the drive thru... I purposely use the stall sometimes so that I can give the person a good tip. In this case, I went through the drive through ordered my items and told the person that I would like a drink with extra cherries, however, I didn't want to charged for the cherries since I had spent 15 minutes at a stall that didn't work. In my day in Retail... you want to make your customer feel good and want to come back... It is obvious that this rule is NOT the rule of today's society. When I got to pick up food, I paid and waited. I asked the person who took the money and gave me my order, I asked her for additional cherries... She told me that they charge for cherries... I told her what had happened... she told me so sorry that you sat at the stall without service but they charge for cherries and if I wanted them or not... I simply looked at her and the I just drove away... The me that I used to be would have politely gotten out of my car and asked to speak with the manager and gave him or her a lesson in "satisfying your customer". It is more than obvious that these new age young people have no idea about customer relations. I hope that someone from corporate reads this...as a matter of fact, I think that I will send this to corporate as well!
You know with all the problems fast food is having, especially staffing, this sonic was amazing. Fast, hot food. We had just left the mall and it was so close it was easy to get into. The order stations all worked! The parking lot was so clean with no debris laying about. I can't say this about the Sonics in silver city nm (where we are from). I will absolutely be back! Keep up the excellent service and amazing food!
I ordered a Cherry Coke and a Coke, took a long time to get. but it was sure good!
