Ruby Tuesdays is one of my favorite restaurants. The only advice that I would have is do not order it through a delivery service. I ordered the med-rare steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli, and received rice with zucchini. My steak was well done. It's very expensive to have it delivered so I would expect the order to be right. Lesson learned
We had planned a date night all week to attend this location for it to be ruined by horrible service. I solely come here for the dessert. We were seated fairly quickly as our food was brought out to us in a timely manner, however not once were we asked if we needed refills nor if we were doing okay. My husbanded had to grab the servers attention to get a refill from her. Shortly after she asked if we needed boxes and brought the ticket. So needless to say she decided for us that we did not need nor want dessert. Thank you Kylie you did us a great favor to not want to return!!

Came in had our server Mike was speaking crazy fast like was under the influence have had him before was not speaking or acting as such was falling over. Made a rude comment and ruined our lunch.
While we try to support local, independent restaurants Ruby Tuesdays has always been a national brand we enjoy. I’m not sure what has happened to the one in Las Cruces but nothing good. We understand the increase costs of food but if we are going to be charged nearly $6 to add the salad bar to our entree, we fully expect for there to be plates, fresh greens and an abundance of other vegetables to make a really good salad. Very disappointed and probably will not be back any time soon. BTW, if a customer orders bottled beer the wait staff should always ask if he/she would like a glass!
Nice restaurant. Service was good but we were not as frequently checked on like better serviced restaurants. Again food was good side and other restaurants that have much better flavored/seasoned items. Restaurant was nicely decorated and clean.

Not a big fan of chains, but Ruby Tuesdays is my go to. Always get the chicken burger + the salad bar is the bomb. Their drinks are made delicious, strong & affordable.Very larger dining area & bar, pretty noisy due to capacity & music playing. Actually knocked a start because of the loud music. Seemed unnecessary. Friendly service & clean environment.
The food was great and the service even better you don't find that in too many places. Kody was great and so helpful since we had never been there before.
