Food is great and always fresh. Sometimes they run out of crust so make sure you order early.
Pizza Palazzo is always a local favorite!When they made a minor mistake on our order, they went out of their way to correct it. They are so thoughtful when it comes to their customers, and we will continue choosing them. Cheers to a local place that cares!
The first pizza is what they advertise the second pizza is what we got. When I called to complain I was told I would get a refund. I did not. If you zoom in you can see the little plastic thing that is supposed to keep the box off of the top of the pizza is smashed into the pizza it also looks like the delivery driver carried the pizza to the door sideways. On pizza 1 you can clearly see toppings and cheese. Not so much on pizza 2 hardly any toppings, little cheese and unpleasing to the eye. I would have been happy with pizza 1 and given a good review. If you read Melissa Connells review she is my girlfriend and you can see what Pizza Palazzos answer was and you can decide for your self who is telling the truth. I will never order from them again.
Ordered a meat lovers pizza and this is what we got. Two pieces had a little bit of meat and barely any cheese. It had more sauce on it than anything else. Called to complain but was told they would make another pizza for us another day since they were closed. It’s was 7:15 but they don’t close until 8:30. Ordered wings also and they were ok. Not sure if they’ll refund our money. Not sure if we’ll be ordering from them again.
They delivered me a $30 pizza without any cheese on it and only a quarter of the of the toppings. I called several times while they were still open and no one answerred.So I received a follow-up to my original from someone at this restaurant stating that this was in the description of the pizza that was on their website. I am posting screenshots of their ordering system, from their website not showing anything close to what they are saying describes this shi$$y pizza.

We have just moved from Chicago and are searching for good pizza. Ordered a pizza here. We were given a time frame to pick up. It wasn’t ready and finally 15 minutes later it was done. Ordered a pizza with onions, garlic, sausage and mushrooms. I was called by someone who said they didn’t have any onions or garlic???? The pizza itself is decent but they need to get their act together and have all ingredients on their menu available. Also need to have the clock in better tune.
not give a total of 51 then charge 71 and when you called out about it cancel the order and take forever to refund the over charge this place is a rip off very bad customer service they offer delivery but then say they don't deliver now they are saying 3/5 days for a refund rude workers will be contact the owner asap they are turning down orders because they are lazy I've been calling for 2 hrs and not one time did the pick up it just rings
Tried Pizza Palazzo for the first time tonight and really enjoyed it! The staff was really nice and helpful and the Italian Stallion was our favorite of the options we tried.
