This location has really tanked since opening, but the final straw was last night when I ordered 3 portions of teriyaki chicken and was told after the fact they didn't have any teriyaki sauce. But the worst of it was when I took it home and ate it, and we became VIOLENTLY ill. It seemed underdone, but we blamed it on the lack of sauce. Won't be returning, and I don't recommend anyone else does either
ZERO all the way! Severe food poisoning from Teriyaki chicken which doesn’t look or taste like chicken! ??? my child was very sick as a cause of this, disgusting and WILL NOT eat at Panda Express ever again!!! ??????
This panda express needs a complete overhaul of their employees. The attitudes are unprofessional and rude. I even called to complain to a manager as a young lady in the drive thru was obviously having a very bad day. She was very bothered by me asking for soy sauce and practically threw the bag with food to be through the window. The manager took the feedback well, but nothing has changed.The speed of the drive through is excellent and the food is usually pretty tasty. I would really like to get my Panda with a good customer service experience. But time and time again I keep getting disappointed by their unfriendly and very rude behavior. I avoid this place now. Be a little nicer, Panda Express. Or hire employees that have some accountability.
If I could leave a zero I would. This is my 3rd horrible experience at this location please everyone for all that is good in this world frequent a local Chinese restaurant who make all the same dishes waaay better do not eat here. Ot is filthy on top of the horrible service and immature behavior of the staff. I suggest lins and China star both located on el paseo.
The employees were kind and helpful despite being exhausted and the food was fresh and tasty! Glad I didn't go through the drive thru
My family ordered food from this location as we always do and last time we gave the benefit of the doubt. This go around our order is missing the extra spring rolls, Cream filled Wan Tans, three sets of chop sticks and more then one package of Soy sauce. I am not happy that this keeps happening as it wasn't so bad back in January even with the Pandemic cause both Supply and staff stortage. Very disappointed in the lack of care from the management and will be taking it to district to see of it will be made right.

I am unsure where this location is but I love Panda Express. Just wish they didn't stop taking orders on the app 20 minutes prior to closing time. That was frustrating. They should be open later anyway to be honest.
Always great food, and staff is very friendly. Drive up line went quickly as well!
