It was okay they were out of almond chicken and I wanted a bigger cup of ice the only good thing is they were dead it was me and a other person
Got a plate with beef and broccoli, and chicken and green beans. 3 pieces of beef the rest was broccoli. The young people working were not very polite. I won't be going there again
Nobody helped me or even acknowledged I was there, I was standing there for 10 mins just waiting for someone to talk to me, one of the managers was sitting at a table on her computer when a friend came in and she got up and gave her her order then sat back down even though there was a big line of people waiting to be helped
Disappointed by the entire meal. Crispy almond chicken and orange chicken were entirely dried out with no sauce at all. Noodles were also dry and flavorless. They ran out of plate containers and supplemented with bowls, but it felt like less food overall. $30 for two dry, bland meals that weren't filling.
Very poor customer service. They never give you sweet and sour sauce with spring rolls.
I understand people(customers) have to be kind to those who work, but the lady named Honesty behind the counter is not only rude to customers but also to her own colleagues or staff. You really need to train people to be kind.

I think the best part is the way the panda workers hunch over and pretend not to see you when you walk through the door.. The rationale seems to be if they can't see you, maybe you won't see them, and you will just go away.. If you finally succeed in cutting a panda worker out of the herd, you can be treated to rather tasteless food, that's not particularly plentiful, and is always more costly than what it said on the menu.
i love love love the panda ? express near NMSU in Las Cruces. Don't know why, but i do love the place and the service.
The wait was terrible, food had run out, employees did not know what food went to which person, we gave our names and they wrote our name on the plate but, that didn't help. Delivery dude had to come back because the order was wrong and missing a drink. Then the food was put in the bag sideways, liquid everywhere! Hope it tastes good. ?
