Their food is okay I gave it 3 stars because they always get my orders wrong and the fries are cold most of the time and sometimes the staff is very rude.
I wish they would open the lobby. Sometimes you just want to sit and relax and eat your meal inside McDonalds. Oh well Burger King and Whataburger here I come.
Supposed to be a large fry and not even enough to make a medium. Supposed to be a green chile cheeseburger and got a regular double cheeseburger with no green chile....WTH McDonalds!!!
Ordered ice cream cone and unlike most locations that put it together after you order this was obviously prepared ahead and placed in a second cup upside-down and kept cold to the point it was almost unrecognizable as being soft serve ice cream. So far this location is the only place I've encountered this way of serving.
It's usually fast, friendly service here for the most part. Today's visit brought a bit of a laugh. The menu hacks are advertised 1st as you're going through the drive thru.. well I decided to try one of the menu hack burgers, the crunchy double, and the worker has no clue what I was talking about ?♀️ I literally had to reverse to make sure I wasn't just seeing things... Lol but we finally got to the bottom of that and I got my crunchy double ? it was actually pretty amazing. I definitely recommend trying
Got a bacon and egg biscuit ordered it through the app went to drive thru to pick it up and the very first bite found a hair in it and food was cold . Just discussing . And no napkins . Customer service sucks . Will never go there . I feel like pucking.
For the last 5 years every single time I go to this McDonald’s, it’s absolute trash! They use stale bread, they burn the fries. They wonder why they don’t make more than minimum wage? Come on. It’s prime example of bare minimum effort for a job that’s not that hard. For reference I will only go here if I absolutely have to, so it’s been a handful of times but always awful. Very indicative of trash management and even worse employees. They should clean house and start over.
Food was McD's. You know what to expect and you get it. The young lady that brought my order it was so sweet. On a day I needed a little kindness, she delivered more then the food
