It’s McDonald’s. You get what you get. But I just have to say, I usually use the app and use curbside pick up. And let me tell you, EVERY time someone brings the food out to me they are SO nice and so sweet! The other locations around town, the staff isn’t as friendly. But this location is! Keep it up y’all!

Was happy to be at this McDonalds. But to my surprise I learned there is no dollar menu here. The Ice cream I ordered which would have been a dollar at any other Mickey D's was two dollars at this location. I think its sad the way the colleges are being taken advantage of. When, in fact, they should have the dollar menu, as they are struggling students. Sad.

Always charge you for items you didn't ask for and do not offer to fix it by giving you your money back. Staff are rude and unaccommodating, and the food is consistently poor. I would avoid this location if possible.
I went to this location for lunch today for my family. I ordered three happy meals for my toddlers. They gave me two and when I said I was missing one they asked for my receipt which I happily provided. Then I waited for a couple minutes and they gave me the third happy meal. Upon arriving home to eat, I’m handing out the chicken nuggets only to find the third four piece box had no nuggets inside. Instead it had a huge squirt of mayonnaise! I am beside myself. It’s not okay to mess with peoples food in general but to play a prank involving a child's meal is flat out unforgivable. I did call and speak to the assistant manager who was kind and apologetic and said she would replace the meal. However I do not want a replacement, I will never return to this location again. I feel the person who did this should at the very least be sent home for the day and receive a write up. If this person is willing to do this what else are they willing to do to my food in the future?
Got two large Dr. Peppers here and two of the French Fry baskets for $3 (each). How are those baskets any different from a large fry? I don't think they are any different!!!!! I think those baskets are just a gimmick to make me think I'm getting more fries. I think I was manipulated! French fries seemed like they had been sitting around for a while. They were warm, but certainly not hot and crispy. People working drive thru were very friendly and helpful. The guy at the window gave us plenty of ketchup. Thanks, window guy!
I worked here on University from early Dec 2021 to after Christmas. On my first day of watched a man named Tyrone pick up a bun off the ground and stick it right in the toaster. To say the least they're unfriendly to employees and rude to customers.They made a young girl switch places with me at washing dishes because she stopped boxing up fries to take a drink of water for 30 seconds. Better luck at another location!
What can I say this place is iconic we have a new Mickey D's on lohman and it's going to be great big Macs all day special sauce for life ? location on University is awesome updated clean and fast service thanks McDonald's for those tasty treats?
