After eating at some very good restaurants during our trip, it was a pleasant treat of normalcy. However, I noticed there was not a big difference between the cost of McDonald's (fast food in general) and a traditional restaurant.Had to trade my fries with SocMonkey as he ordered the kids meal.
This McDonald's is the absolute fastest and the most accurate with orders that I've ever seen. They're doing something right there. Other fast food places need to take Notes.
We had a coke that tasted syrupy, asked for new one , but was given an attitude that she couldn’t take it and to move up and wait. They let us add chicken nuggets to our order at the window but couldn’t just give us better drink. I rarely stop at MCDonalds, I won’t choose any time soon.
I went to pick up a cheese burger and took them 22 minutes to get my order. Said it must have came out.i stepped inside to get order myself after waiting my entire lunch break. Need new management.
Seems to me there always in a rush. They get my order wrong. N management needs to get there act together & learn how to treat there employees. It's about Quality n customer service.
Attempted to go through the drive-thru at 9:48pm. There were 3 vehicles ahead of me, who has already ordered and were waiting for their food. A feminine voice came over the speaker and said they were already closed for the night. They close at 10pm. Driving over 14 hours with kids in the car and just needed some food. Guess we have to wait until El Paso because McDonald's staff felt like closing down early.Maybe you should adjust the close time.
Haven't sat in a McDonald's in forever but do I go through drive thru a lot! My girls love the nuggets and I love the spicy chicken sandwich with a sweet tea! Just hits the spot! Lines are usually long but they go by fast!
Only 1 line was open for drive thru so I decided to do a quick mobile order for 3 drinks and 1 order of french fries. Waited 20 minutes. Ridiculous. All cars in the drive thru were serviced and then some. Should've just waited in line.
For a Mc Donald's it is new with self order kiosks, very clean and quick service.
The fries are always medium to cold and the people taking the orders seem to forget what you order. Something very wrong with them, this occurs constantly. These are both looking Locations on Main and on Lohman.
