Their sweet teas are always the best. I usually get the nacho platter for the family as an appetizer, then I'll order the jalapeno crunch sandwich with potato salad.I never had McAlister's until I moved to Las Cruces. I prefer them over Jason's deli.My family especially my daughter loves the nachos and tea.
This was an interesting place to which I'd never been before. The atmosphere is bright, clean & cheerful. The staff was really pleasant and helpful. I thought the sandwiches were rather small and ordinary for the price. I don't eat out regularly though, so tend to expect something that I can't easily make at home for less cost when I do. They do offer healthy choices of sides besides the usual french fries. You may not have those same expectations and will find this place a real treat.
I placed an order online yesterday on the app and I forgot to pay. I then drove and when I got there it was almost 9 when they close, I realized my mistake and clicked pay but the app glitched and made the order time for the next day. The employee coming out to curbside orders said he'd get a manager to help me when he saw what happened. The manager came out and took pictures of my order I placed on my phone and made the food despite the fact they were almost completely closed. They really didn't have to do that and I would've completely understood if they couldn't make that order, they went above and beyond. Everyone was very nice.
Not sure what happened to this place. Last two times we've eaten there the food was less than acceptable. Avocado was mostly brown on my wife's salad, and my macaroni and cheese was not warm at all. Service was also much slower than in the past.
Don't go at a perfectly normal lunchtime on a Monday apparently. They get a delivery and you can't park in half the parking lot that's already too small. It also blocks the entire curbside area, completely defeating the purpose.
First time coming here after knowing about this location for several years. A fellow co-worker also told me that the food is really good; especially with him being a former employee of the franchise.Really good and very filling. I highly recommend this place in Cruces to go eat. I finally got to go with my mom after a band concert.
I really liked their turkey sandwich. I actually ended up getting hired there, but on my very first day of work one of my coworkers went into my bag and stole my driver's license, my debit card, and my SNAP card! The manager basically acted like it was not a big deal, and she did nothing about it, even after the police went there to speak with her about it. I only worked a 3.5 hour shift, and it took over a month to get my paycheck. I'll never be going back there again!!
This is our second time ordering at Mcalister's we got the king club sandwich this time and it was just perfect I will continue to eat there because it's so good and I recommend it to everybody thank you McAlister's
Love this place good food and great service. Had the turkey club and chef salad. And the sweet tea was amazing!Delicious ?!!
The restaurant it's super clean there a ladies cleaning the tables all the time,my loaded potato ? was absolutely delicious ? big and the peach tea delicious.
