Showed up for my order didn't have it in the system showed the order on my phone which I paid, gave me deer in headlight look. Took then another 20 minutes to have it. Lost my 15 years of being a customer.
Nice staff. Quality of food wasn't good. Not their fault, just is what it is.

Food was great, fresh and tasty staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurant was clean but table was very sticky was the only bad Thing. Wish I would have got the cashier name, they were so nice. March 14 @1230pm
Went through drive thru, after I ordered I went to window. And payed . Problem was they charged me for the wrong meal which the window guy did apologize for. Do to not hearing my order from what I was told and again window guy apologized for again. Then tried to ask me for an extra $1.00 so I can get the original order which window guy apologized for again after speaking to someone I wasn't able to see but I assumed it to be his supervisor. Finally the manager or supervisor came and apologized and corrected so no extra pay was needed and gave me the proper meal. So all in all was an ok visit
Staff is extremely rude. Placed mobile order. Upon arrival for pick up it was not ready . Staff stated I would have to wait like a Door Dasher. Told them I'm a customer. I can only imagine how they treat Delivery Workers ?
Food is good at a good price- the shrimp is delicious! They are very sweet and nice here and the staff is helpful. Recently fully remodeled. A good place to go!
Let me just say , I have always enjoyed Long John Silvers. I give them a high rating because of their service. I went in and recieved some not so great food that i am accustomed to. They glady replaced my order. No questions asked. The new plate was exactly what o expected from this establishment. Kuddos to management and the friendly ladies behind the counter. I recomend it.
