I use the little Caesars app when I order pizza here. They are usually really fast and I don’t have problems with the food itself. The only issues I’ve had is here is once in a while the app give me a time frame that my order is ready when I place my order and I’ll get a notification that my order is ready for pick up but sometimes when I arrive they will say it’s not ready and have me wait in a parking spot. The longest I’ve waited for my order after the expected pick up time was 30 minutes.Only one time I’ve had the issue that they said they never received my order but I was able to verify it by showing the employee my app purchase and proof the payment was completed.The parking lot is small and gets crowded easily since the little Caesars parking spots are right next to the laundry mat parking spots and the drive through line is right in the middle.
Rude straight rude Erin the night manager is trash rude not customer friendly they never answer the phone and the girl that took my order didn't care one bit I tried to say we never got the ranch I get to the window hands one ranch I paid for 2 and closed the window I ask for names and a manager she said ok whatever....RUDE

Placed an order that was never received therefore never made but they still took my money from my credit card. It took 2 weeks to get t money back. Will never order from this location again. Horrible people working there.
Buffalo wings are yummy. Pizza was okay.They didn't provide plates or napkins.

Never go here pizza is never hot and ready and call ahead or online orders are never made. This was several times this happened. Never waste your time or money.
You need to check on your employees they have bad attitude over the phone and ignore you at the drive thru. This was a guy with a horrible attitude at 1:45pm. To top it off, give you less cheese just to feel better about themselves but that’s fine I hope you feel better about yourself.
Customer service was quick and polite, and prompt! Didn't have to wait more then about five minutes for my simple order. I recommend this location to anyone.
The food stay the same from location to location which is good. But the service always varies from extremely good to extremely not good this place was kind of in the middle with my experience at night and we may not be the same during the day but this evening you're so so
