Place took forever in line. But the food slaps. Worth the wait i promise.
Snacks ice cream it’s nice but the wait sometimes it’s ridiculous for all the employees working there
We heard this place has a great variety of food. The 30 minutes wait in drive thru and packed parking lot speaks for itself of how great their food is.

While I was enjoying a watermelon paleta I found a long piece of hair frozen inside...its back in the freezer in the wrapper I'll be paying them a visit...needless to say that was my 1st n my last time buying anything from them.
The food is good always. But if you want to base the review on customer service, I wouldn't give this establishment any stars! We go here to transfer money to México and maybe have worked with two ladies with decent customer service. I understand they're busy but if they can't be nice or learn how to deal with different situations or customers with disabilities, then they shouldn't work there. This last time my mom and brother, whom has a speech disability, received the worst treatment ever! Excusing their rascism with some bs law. I've always heard of la Michoacana having employees with horrible customer service but never did we have to experience it. My mom even spoke with the owner and didn't seem to care about the concerns my mom faced and especially how they made my brother feel. Trust me, we will be looking for another place that will provide better customer service in their money transfers.
$5 for a cup of ice. Well it was supposed to be sparkling lemonade....
