I am a Doordasher. I Arrived at 9:06PM not knowing their hours to pick up an order and rather than telling me anything they just turned the lights on and off and laughed at me. I understand a store being closed but to act so immature about such things is unprofessional. I am deeply disappointed in their service considering we are trying to take care if our mutual customer.
We ordered and wit minutes we got our drinks very friendly staff
The girls in the morning are always so friendly and nice! They are super fast & the smoothies are always on point good job ladies keep up the great work!
I purchased my daughter a gift card online & apparently they don't accept them at this location or that was what my daughter was told. I tried to call corporate but that number is busy. I'm very disappointed & frustrated to say the least. Just pitiful......
I usually really enjoy coming here and getting a cold delicious smoothie. The smoothies are typically very good, refreshing, and packed full of flavor. I love that you can get a supplement in them as well. Today however, the smoothies were not very good. They tasted very very bland. Like just a hint of flavor with a lot of ice. Very unusual for this place. Hopefully it was just a fluke and this place is going down the drain like a lot of places in Las Cruces.
If I could give 0 stars I would…. But i can’t so this lady LIZ gets a 1 star. She is probably the rudest, most inconsiderate, woman who has ever served/ taken my order of any restaurant ever! If it was up to me she would be fired. This experience has completely turned me off from Keva juice. On the other hand, Jasmine, Alicia, and Xavier are all exceptional workers and would do a way better job being in charge.
This could easily be a 5 star review based on my enjoyment of the food bot way too often the service is absolutely atrocious. Our cashier this time was snap chatting while taking our order and acted like we were a burden. This is depressing because I do like this establishment.

Worst smoothies and Acai bowls I ever had. I did not feel like anything was fresh. They used concentrated juices and frozen fruits in their acai bowls and smoothies and charge as much as you would pay for fresh ingredients. I paid $10 for an acai bowl plus 85 cents for extra coconut and tasted like frozen and concentrated juices and acai. I paid $5 for a smoothie and I didn't see any real fruits except frozen Strawberry. I would not go back here ever again.
Everything is good. Just every time I go in (and I go in often) theres always new people working and usually it's high school looking kids that stand around and talk amongst themselves like I haven't been waiting to order or they take my order and turn around and act lost like its their first day and what could be an easy quick experience turns into a long frustrating one because not only did I wait forever but also I'm not getting what I paid for. The acai bowls and smoothies have been watery.Also its gross that nobody wears GLOVES. How are you going to go from register and cashing 2 or 3 people out and then turn around and start touching fruit and scooping yogurt with no gloves? Regardless of covid that's not sanitary.
