Got my delivered order wrong, took over 30 min for the replacement delivery, and they still forgot the pickle. Call taker was not very apathetic, was not expected from JimmyJohns as I order often from this chain.

Delivery took well over an hour. Food wasn't prepped right. Lady on the phone offered no solutions and instead gave me excuses. I know customer service is a chore but come on when I say it's been forever don't give me excuses. The delivery location was only 3 and a half minutes away to top of off. Bad customer service served with an even worse attitude. Told us to provide a check number when i didn't even receive a receipt. Sad.
Service was quick and food was good. A very clean facility as well.
The beach club wasn't as good as it is at other locations. Disappointed!
Leaving 1 star because the employees keep calling my personal cell number, asking for tips. Very unprofessional and crude. There’s more people deserving of tips than someone who gets compensated at a normal hourly rate.
After a long day sometimes a sandwich is all you need.. great and friendly customer service. Nice and calm sit-down
I drove back 2 times to get my order remade I asked for cheese on all my sandwiches they missed all sandwich then I asked for avocado ? but they didn’t put that either I paid 30 dollars for low quality never had this happen super sad
