Breakfast was okay it wasn't as hot as I expected it to be the hash browns were cold but everything else was great customer service is excellent here
Great food, great service. Everyone their is in college. But they try. The food is really good for fast food.
Drive thru was timely.. ordered the sourdough jack and side salad.. both were fresh.. the side salad is one of the best.
We did not even wind up placing an order due to person working drive thru being so rude.
I’ve had such bad experiences with this place at night they always say their out of the shakes when I know that what they really do is just choose not fill up the machine again when it runs out. I know this because when I use to work there the managers wouldn’t want us to fill it up so they don’t have to waste any of the mix when it was time to clean it and mostly because they also hated cleaning it and draining it but I still believe that lying to customers like that is bad customer service. And ordering online makes things even worse when they never give the correct food, drinks or sauces to the drivers.
Went there because the taste of the beef alone had the quality taste of what I think is black Angus. Best burger I've eaten in a while
Food was good. Served fast. They were busy for the small crew would have been nice if they smiled more I know the job is tough but genuine smiles go a long way.
This location seems to be the fastest at times, employees are polite enough, the service is good, burgers are flamed grilled so always a plus! Not to terribly expensive on the wallet.
With fast service and and faster food preparation, this is as good as anyone could ask for from a fast food place!
This was our first time ever trying Jack in the Box. Worst food experience. The first and 100% the LAST time I’ll ever have Jack in the Box at this location. The burgers were dry, the chicken sandwiches also dry. They forgot ingredients. They made the burgers wrong. I will say that the egg rolls were bomb.
