Ok the food was good especially the ice coffee that just came out. The food had alot of flavor. Customer service was outstanding.
Great service and food. We are senior citizens and chose from the seniors menu. We love it and it's affordable.
I was so happy to be at IHOP with my boyfriend eating breakfast. It was an amazing date. The food was quick, warm and everything it looked on the menu. The only disappointment was that with my stack of pancakes I didn't receive a syrup dispenser in any flavors!!! Nope in fact small plastic containers, with out the lid, were on my tray instead! I understand about keeping the costs down, but that's your signature IHOP? What gives?
The service was kinda horrible, it took an hour for them to take our order then we waited a whole other hour to get the food. When the food came it was uncooked and melted in your mouth which tasted like raw eggs (inside of the French toast). But the staff were very kind when we got to talk to them.
Sent back plate, because it was overcooked. They returned the exact same plate and lied about it being new. No attention to detail, brought butter on pancakes when requested on the side. They put lemon in two waters when requested with one. They didn't write down we wanted hash browns more done. Barely cooked. Eggs requested medium, came back over easy. Not recommended,
We waited more that 1.5 hrs for food. I asked for the manager and he never showed up. We had to get up and leave. I understand there is a people shortage but still more than 1 hr to get food it’s unacceptable. We had children they were hungry and staring to get frustrated.
Waited 30 minutes for my call in order then found out these losers lost our ticket!!! I left immediately and will never come back. Did they try anything to make it right? Hell no! Fire the manager on shift 1/30/21 at 9am. Two orders ahead of me also 20 mins late!!!
Good food and great staff! Me and my friend were catching up after years of not seeing each other and snow outside and they were very friendly ☺️

Great Selection Of Entrees, Reasonably Priced. Had The Breakfast Sampler Plate. Hot And Delicious, Good Portions And Filling. Customer Service From Start To Finish Was Excellent Our Waitress Was Great.
