Waited over 20 mins to be seated. Another 20 before getting our drinks and that was after my husband asked for a server. They were short staffed and did not have a hostess which is understandable. Once seated we could see our server and another one both hanging out with a male customer at one of the tables. Food was amazing and came out quickly once ordered, but service was so bad we will not be going back.
The food was good the service was amazing my favorite was the chocolate cake was super yummy. Our waitress was on top of her customer service skills ❤️ definitely coming here again
Worst experience at a Hooters I've ever had!! Ordered food and drinks right away, drinks took 20 mins to arrive and food came out cold and another 5 minutes apart before everyone got their order. Never brought extra plates. Requested refills on soda and ordered another drink, took 15 mins before waving down waitress to be told they can't make the drink and if I wanted a different drink. Requested at least the soda refill as she rolled her eyes and walked away. Ordered dessert and notified server that we were celebrating a birthday. Waited another 15 mins for her to come by and ask if we needed the check, requested to-go containers and the cake for our birthday guest. Came with cake in another 10 mins but no boxes, at this point everyone was inpatient requested to-go containers once more. After another 15 mins threw containers on table and walked off. At which point I found the manager and expressed all my concerns in which he replied "oh no, she never gives bad service, no birthday song! Tell me what I should do as you already paid." Notified manager we were from out of town and never had this experience anywhere else. Never intend on returning. A big waste of money, it's definitely not cheap.
I have been going to this Hooters for many years now. This time around the food and service was on point. Food came out quick and the service was awesome.
Walked in, ordered a beer then got kicked out for no reason. Didn’t even talk to or look at anyone but the bartender. Wasn’t given a reason why but I won’t be going back for sure. I’ve never been kicked out of anywhere before. The manager was a little bald guy and was super aggressive for no reason. Pretty scary considering he should be the first person to defuse any situation.
Picked up a to go order and they forgot my ranch and side of sauce I ordered, but they remembered to charge me for it. Prices are pretty steep for such bad service.
If it's busy get your order in right away, or it may be a while. Excellent atmosphere to enjoy a beer wings and the game.
Hooters is good food. I can't give it five stars for this particular location as much as I want to. That's simply because it's just.....run down. As far as I know it's over 20 years old, and I'm not sure it's been updated more than maybe once since it opened. Again, the food is good as it gets. The beer is flowing and cold. Granted the wings are smaller than I remember, but they were still tasty. I should have gotten a hotter sauce.
I have a Hooters in town but I prefer to visit the one in Las Cruces. The wait staff do not play favorites and make you wait. The food comes out hot and the waitress checks on you often. Very strange from my local hooters.
Sat for over 10 minutes after being seated without being acknowledged. The hostess seated several people around me and saw that I had not been attended to yet. There was another couple who I overheard we're having an issue with the manager. When they attempted to get the hostesses attention as she walked by she ignored them. I left without making any purchase.
