Order the authentic dishes online, then pick up. Curry Chicken is great, as is Shrimp with Garlic Sauce. Husband likes the noodles, but I think the fried rice is excellent. You get a HUGE amount of food.

Hey, their portions were large! Prices are good! Entrees are bland and some overcooked. Fried rice is not flavorful. Noodles were below average. Two combo meals have enough for 4 people, but you will have many leftovers because it is not very good. Sorry to say it.

Fast and kind service. I love that they have a drive through window. They have great prices and are generous with portions. It's nothing fancy but you can't beat the prices for the portions. A B plate will feed me for 2 to 3 meals personally. And my personal favorite is their BBQ chicken and pork.

We wanted Chinese so we went to Golden Star. It's pretty good food. Everything tasted great and was hot and fresh. I ordered a letter B combination plate which consists of fried rice and/or noodles and two entrée selections. They throw in a couple of deep fried veggie rolls which is a bonus and they are good.Personally, I have not found any asian food restaurants here that really wow me and this place is no different. The food is tasty and above average. If you want something other than their combination plates you can order off the menu and they will whip it up while you wait.Zero ambiance for dining in but, that is not why I come here. I mostly get take out. The prices are surprisingly reasonable and it's worth a shot if you're hungry for Chinese take out. The counter service is lightning fast and overall I recommend Golden Star over some of the other Chinese places in town.

The staff are very friendly, and the food was good not dry and chewy like some other fast food Chinese places. The Chile sauce they give with the steamed dumplings is one of my favorite things from there and I use it as a dip for other foods that most would use sweet and sour sauce for.

We went as a family because my teenage daughter wanted what she calls "cheap Chinese". This fit the bill for her taste buds perfectly. I was happy to see it clean and smaller pans in serving table so food didn't sit so long. There was a steady stream of customers even though it was mid afternoon. We all got fried rice and some sort of chicken. Also both kinds of egg rolls. It was good. We will be going back.

Great Food, Great Portions, Great Prices!! But...... Please take care of the fish tank it needs to be serviced water was low and so nasty couldn't even see the fish this time!!!

The 2 times I've been here I ordered normal combos, teriyaki chicken was good(hard to mess up anywhere) but when I ordered the spicy chicken I swear I only ate 3 TINY pieces of chicken & the rest of the box was cucumbers?? & the lo mein was not fresh & tasted very bland. Not even exaggerating by saying it was 80-90% cucumbers & MAYBE 10% chicken?? That's beyond ridiculous, I was so shocked I wish I took a photo to post so the owner could see I'm not lying but I ate my few pieces of chicken & threw it away since they closed 5 mins after I picked up my food. I went right before closing but that does not excuse the lack of quality & lack of chicken in my spicy chicken lol

To Go order, pasty, tough meat, wontons, eggrolls all very NOT good. The chicken chow mein noodles were gooey the low mein was saturated with a tick uneatable clear sauce the cabbage wilted and there was very little chicken. The General Tso's chicken was so tough a knife could barely go through it. Both the egg rolls and wontons had either tough dough or chewy dough. Never going there again. Food was awful!!! When I called I was told I should have called when I got my food last night, saved it all and brought it back in so they could look at it. This is horrible and sad customer service.

Chinese fast food. I like the convenient way to reserve my order via the restaurant's website and select to pay cash or credit card at the pick up. The fried rice that came with orange chicken order and mapo tofu was completely off(not good). The fried rice is uncooked, brown in color, tasteless. Should have asked for a white rice instead. Didn't like the orange chicken. But the tofu was acceptable, the black sauce was meh. Portion was generous. The spring rolls(8 cute pieces/order) was barely warm and the skin was not as crispy/crunchy as it should, but the taste was not bad.
