Service was awesome! This was my first time here and we were greeted immediately. Our server was very attentive, our food came out fast, & was delicious. Loved how you could pick your own ingredients & customize everything. The manager came to interact with us & was very friendly. Definitely coming back!
The service is horrible, rude waiter, no body at grill to cook, customers waiting to be seated with an empty restaurant. Won’t go back making a phone call to the manager.
We were sat by a very unhappy unfriendly guy who wore a red hat. Not a fan of his service and don’t feel he should see people at all.The food menu has grown and the food was prepared so well today. I was impressed by the dirty blond boys cooking. My waitress was alone and at first was kind of quiet, she did well when more tables were sat.Customer service was not the best, I didn’t even know if a manager had seen or worked long enough to realize there lack in people skills…. Don’t not go. The food is good, and I would still come back.
My family loves eating here. My girls love that they get to chose what is in their plate and they have so many healthy options.

I personally hadn't had this kind of dining experience before, so that definitely played a part. Being able to choose from a vast number of meats, veggies, and sauces was great, and the finished product was pretty darn good. Split a rum punch with my wife - that was good, too. Service was excellent and I felt the portion size to price ratio was favorable. Recommend!
Not terrible but won't order again.If you like the charred style you might like it here. Personally, no. I found it weird they skimped on the rice considering it's the cheapest ingredient. They put plenty of charred meat and veggies in the bowl if that's what you're looking for.
My experience was great! First time here & our server explained the process so well. She walked us to the line & guided us to some recipe cards. The food came out quick & delicious. Staff was very friendly & attentive, definitely coming back.
I placed an order with them through Uber Eats at 8:30 and it got cancelled because the manager decided to close the restaurant early due to them being understaffed and for a supposed deep cleaning. No web portal indicated that this was the case. In fact, everything said that they close at 10. Very unprofessional.
