Fast, accurate service. Great coffee! Delicious donut with strawberry frosting and sprinkles. Their Matcha is better than Starbucks.
Went to this location yesterday evening and the service was beyond great!! The female who helped me was friendly, prompt, courteous and had a nice smile! Thank you again!!
Love the food here always good for the money but sometimes the service is not that great some of the staff act like they don't like their jobs.

This place is always a hit or miss, and mostly a miss. I ordered a iced caramel latte and it’s mostly milk. Tasted disgusting and every time I order donuts, they are always out. I went at 6:30 pm and they were completely out. Don’t they make fresh donuts throughout the day? What do the employees even do? The dunkin on Lohman is way better than the one here. If I could rate zero stars I would. They need to close this place down. The employees don’t even care.
This location is always hit or miss, and quite frankly its been getting worse every time i go. From the coffee not being consistent in how they serve it, to always not having a full menu . This location can do with out being open . I rather spend the 5 extra minutes to go to the dunkin on Lohman or spend the extra cash to go to Starbucks. But if anyone would like to petition to close this location I would be happy to go along with yall . Honestly new managment wouldn't even save this location because the employees seem to not care so that's only shown from top down .. in the end this is just one step closer to having an abandon building in our great city.
Super friendly staff. Delicious coffee. Dunkin North Main is always busy and always moves the cars fast. Dunkin North Main you can depend on for great coffee and fast service everytime.
If I could give this place a zero, I would. But I cant. So I give it,,,,,,a 1.Anyways, the customer service is soo bad, the employees are rude and unnattentive. Also, the music absolutely sucks.Do better.Bye.
