Very disappointed, I went around 7:30, I was in line for 10 minutes and for them to tell me that they were out of chicken , how can you be out of chicken!!!your are a chicken restaurant….thank you Popeyes Chicken… from now on I will go only to Popeyes( is very good )
Majority of the time i go here i have to double check my order to make sure its correct. And they dont honor their times either. They changed them to open later and close earlier. They dont close until 8pm instead of 10pm but half the time theyll close at 6. Not very professional place.
Just left from there ordered a 16pc family pack half spicy and half original got all original regular chicken and tenders instead. I ordered the half gallon of sweet tea I got unsweet tea and it was hot not even cold like it was probly left sitting there. Service was terrible had to repeat my order atleast 4 times and they still didn't get it right. Then they forgot my spicy sprinkle went around lobby was closed even though it says open till 8pm so I went back to the drive threw window got ignored for atleast 10min then drove home on the other side of town and realized they messed up my order. All I wanted for my mother's day was some dam churches chicken and that got ruined ty never been so disappointed in churches untill today horrible service even called and there phone was out of service ?
They got my order wrong. I ordered spicy white chicken tenders, but instead gave me a 6 piece spicy dark chicken (with bone). Plus it was little undercooked so I had to throw it way.
Employees were super nice, got th we order right. Was super hot and tasted great. KFC has nothing on these folks! It's a ways out but worth t h e drive we will be back! 5hank you!
My husband ordered a 3pc chicken dinner and I received 3 pcs of tenders, which were NOT ordered. Please train your employees!
We waited almost an hour in line only for them to tell us they were completely out of chicken. They literally ran out when it came to our order . They could have at least let people waiting in line (cars) know. How could you NOT see that coming?? Wowsers!
My receipt said Cashier was Leticia. I came here Tuesday 03/15 around 1 or 2pm. The staff was super nice & helpful. The food was delicious & my order was 100% accurate. I just moved here & came from a place where my order was always either incomplete or wrong.
Theyre good there its just too bad they make up their own hours as the go...daily. They close whenever they want and open whenever they want. So its a coin toss nomatter what time you go. You can forget set store hours.
The drive through was open I was looking to go in so my mission was not accomplished so the rating was not because of the service or the food.
