This is definitely a great, fun, and safe place to take your kiddos. It is a bit pricey, but definitely a family fun place. I really love how you can let your kids run and play without worrying about them running off with some random people. They stamp all your hands with a number to match who you walk in with so no one can walk off with you child.
Salad bar had dark brown lettuce it was clearly not good and nobody cared to switch it out until we asked them too as we had purchased salads. They took about twenty minutes just to bring out fresh lettuce and over an hour for us to get our two pizzas and one order of wings. Mind you there was only one other family in the restaurant when we got there so they were not busy. We hoped maybe they just had rough night and maybe would provide better service another day. Went back and once again it was the same experience. Not to mention the poor customer service from the young lady up front was incredibly disappointing. Won’t be retuning anytime soon.
Thank you for adding gluten free pizza to your menu. My daughter has allergies and was able to enjoy her favorite place and food. Can someone just take the time to wipe down games and rides every so often or provide wipes for Patton's to clean as we go.
The food was good but it was very very cold inside. They must of had the AC full blast because it was freezing in the play area and tables. It was like walking into a walk in freezer. Couldn’t enjoy our meal or time due to how cold it was in there. Very sad cause my kids love it there.
It was awful as far as party's go our hostess didn't even help us and just kept hurrying us too get the party over with she kept disappearing when we needed something. Id rather go to Peter piper pizza instead.
This time we went wasn't as pleasant as before. The buzzer didn't work to let us know food was done. They brought it to us cold. My daughter spoke with one if the workers and at first she was like what do you want me to do. My daughter told her make a new one. Then told my daughter we kept buzzing it but I don't know why it didn't work. Worker got mad and threw the pizza away and made a new one. Which I'm thankful for. But there's no need to act like that. We understood that the buzzer didn't work for whatever reason.
the wings aren't very good, no crisp. the pizza is ok if you like thin crust. the kids had a good time playing games, a few of them were broken, 2 of my kids waisted about 15 minutes of their card time waiting for the photo booth to be reloaded with paper, the girl trying to do it didnt seem like she knew what she was doing.
The place was dirty, the sink was clogged all night, they were understaffed, at least 11 games didn't work. And this part is an observation not a complaint, the employees spent most of their time on their respective phones, I would too if I hated my job.
Thank you so so much to the kind gentleman who put bracelets with hand stamps on my kid’s and I’s wrists instead of a stamp on my Autistic son’s hand. It would have caused a meltdown and possibly ruin all his fun at Chuck E. Cheese. I am so thankful you have this “sensory friendly” option and my son could enjoy his time there just like all the other kids. We will definitely visit again. Thank you. ??
Ordered an hour before closing Saturday night 1/8 , and food was great as well as the service. ?
