So I ordered through the app and when I went to pick it up they had not even printed out the receipt and thankfully I had my confirmation number. The girl who made the bowl put the wrong protein and when I asked one of the coworkers to check it they just asked her instead of checking it and then ignored me and so then I made the girl make the burrito I ordered again because she didn't read the order and when she remade it she still didn't double wrap. When I tried to talk to the manager he blew me off. This is not the first time I have had issue with an app order. But not all of us have time to walk in and order. Also when you try calling the restaurant no one picks up and they don't have an answering machine set up. This was really disappointing and was meant to be for a celebration and instead I am frustrated and forced to have to explain why things are wrong instead of celebrating my girlfriend.
I had no time to cook for my kids and i yesterday so I ordered here for the first time fom Doordash. The kids meals came in tiny containers. Ridiculously small. Then everything had chili even the beans both black beans and pinto beans. My kids didn't eat any of it because it was spicy. It should be specified that even though it's KIDS meal it will still be spicy. Then to top it off the rice wasn't cooked right it was hard. Waist of money and time as I still had to go buy my kids food.
The employees were super helpful. I loved the barbacoa bowl. I just wish they had paper menus that I could've taken home to my senior community. That way they could enjoy Chipotle's yummy food.
Don’t ever pay with cash!!! You won’t get your change back at the Las Cruces store. They don’t keep change in the register, so your flat out of luck!I’m sure the staff balances the register at the end of the night and split the change they stole from their customers. Should have known better, this is why I support local businesses, mom and pop establishments. Never again Chipotle!
Every time I order here something is wrong. Rice is undercooked. Found long hair in food. Missing items from my order. They never answer their phone to correct any of these issues. This chipotle has poor service and the serving counter is dirty.
My husband invited me out to lunch and I gave him three suggestions: Chipotle, Chipotle, or Chipotle. We hadn’t been here in several weeks and I was missing it! I really love the chicken burrito. I prefer to order on the app because it’s much easier to see exactly what all the choices are so you can customize it how you want. Yum.
Abel was an EXCELLENT cashier and had amazing customer service! Behruz the general manager was also very very helpful and gave us amazing hospitality! The store was clean, our ordering process was flawless! Can’t wait to return! My favorite chipotle I’ve been to yet!
Stopped here for a fast and tasty lunch. Place was clean, fountain drinks dispenser worked fine, no sticky levers.
I enjoy Chipotle's food very much, on the day I went my to-go order was not on the cart for pick-up. The young man on the assembly line apologized that he forgot about the ticket for my order. This incident has happened to me once so I won't hold it against them. However, they were not busy at all.
Ordered with my girl friend at 9:27pm tonight. Guy who helped us was a tall blonde dude with ear plugs. Excellent customer service ?. Very kind. Totally deserves a raise. Thank you bro!
