today the food was on point as well as service... well done! Can't say it's been this way... keep it up!!!
The price for lunch is reasonableAnd chicken pasta is juicyAlso the soft drink can be re-fill
I loved the menu option of the two for $25! It was just enough food and it included dessert! Gotta love chili's desserts!
Food was ok. Service came with a very big IDC. They forgot one of our parties entrees. They gave him a bowl of soup since he would have to wait while all of us ate. After waiting another half hour he gave up and went to a drive thru. The kicker was they charged him for the bowl of soup. There wasn't one person there that seemed to care where they were or what they were doing. I'd rather hot drive thru than give this place anymore money.
Don't bother.. go somewhere else.. all around bad experience.. first the waiter took the order wrong, so got the wrong food.. once corrected the food dripped in grease..tacos were overcooked, then waited over 15 minutes to get the bill.. $65 for that.. Never again..
Great atmosphere, attentive staff, food was good. Though some wasn't received well based on taste. Other than that we had a pleasant experience.
This place is typically pretty good. Drinks could come out a little faster and then not have the tables rushed to order. People would order more drinks that way and you guys would make more money. I hate that rushed feeling. Clean and pretty busy place!
The food was good today as was the service. I don't like that they try to make you use a QR code that doesn't work to view a menu. Then when you ask for a paper menu they only bring you one to share at the entire table. So you have to ask for more menus.Update: Glad they have finally gone to regular menus. The food was ok today, not terrific. The got the order wrong, and everything was room temperature. I had substituted corn on the cob for loaded mashed potatoes and they brought me the corn and forgot the mashed potatoes. When they did bring them out they didn't look very appetizing and tasted about how they looked.. old and cold.
I haven’t been to chiles in a while. So I wasn’t familiar with the menu. I went in the afternoon and Caisha was my server. I told her I didn’t know what to order and asked if she had any suggestions. She was very knowledgeable on the menu.The food was very good! Came out hot!I appreciated that she was around if I needed anything. Very attentive! Her vibes were awesome!Sometimes you get servers that won’t conversate or that are awkward.But she was amazing!!!I will definitely be going back!!!
Shrimp Tacos and fajitas are amazing. Service was above average with the exception of drink refills. With as busy as it was I cant complain too much but I just dont like to run out of soda.
