Probably the nicest & cleanest Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to.
Staff here is extremely kind. My food was made fresh but ready extremely quickly. The speed is very nice since I usually go here for work lunch.
The night crew was very rude!! Girl at the window basically threw my food into my window slammed the door shut before I could ask for anything and when I get home orders wrong pretty bummed got this treatment from Chick-fil-A of all places….
Very rude employees. The customer service at this location is not your usual chick fil a experience. The lady at the counter was rude and didn’t even acknowledge that we were standing there waiting. The lady cleaning the tables/ Mary was rude and not helpful. They acted as if they hated being there and us going to eat was an inconvenience. This store needs better customer service. Not the usual experience from other stores. Would not recommend this location.
Busy lunch rush hour on a Monday through the drive thru (but when is not busy??) Anyways the car in front of me stalled out and the driver unfortunately could not get it to start again. Elisabeth, Kaylee and Roberto came out to the rescue and pushed the car up to the pick up window and into a parking space. It was so sweet to watch them work as a team! Kind and caring employees
Fast always friendly service just like you expect from Chick Fil A. Parking lot here is terrible, but the drive thru has 2 lanes and is fast. Large seating area inside and a big patio for outside dining options too.
Chick-fil-A is across the street from the symphony office ,so we eat there often. Their salads and chicken is delicious for lunch! Their Honey Roasted BBQ sauce is the best!!

The perfect experience! The drive-thru attendant, Angel, was super friendly and upbeat taking our order. Loved him! And by the time we got to the pay window, our order was ready and waiting for us. Great service!!
Absolutely awful I have literally given three chances and every single time, no salted fries, the drinks are bad, or stale or no syrup. My order is constantly messed up. I love Chick-fil-A but this has got to be one of the worst locations!!
