If I could leave zero stars I would. Service is horrible and I felt discriminated the entire time. We waited 20 minutes after the hostess took our drink order and never brought them out. We were about to walk out until we were finally asked if we’ve been helped and I decided to give them a second chance. Never again. Our server visited us only to bring us the food and drinks and we never saw her again. No thank you for coming in, didn’t ask if we needed anything else. They need to train there employees respect and manners, as someone who works in customer service this is no way to treat your customers. If the service wasn’t this bad I would return but honestly it was so bad that I don’t think I’ll ever come back.
i have said this all of the times i have been here, this place is amazing. the food is so wonderful, i definitely recommend getting tacos, because it comes with caldo, which is amazing. 10/10
A nice place to visit, staff is friendly except for the person greeting customers. I do not think is like his job. He might be the supervisor not sure. I look kind of upset. But the food is good and the prices a very reasonable.
The food use to be so good I was disappointed to come back and get this on my plate. I ordered tacos de carne asada and got this. I had to eat the beans and rice in order to get full since The meat wasn’t carne asada it was burnt bits of nerves that filled up only two tacos when it’s suppose to be a order of four tacos. I am very displeased and disappointed with this meal. For 13-14$ I expect enough meat for my four tacos and not left overs on four tortillas covered by the tomato onions and Chile. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.
Sat for almost 20 minutes with no service… manager asked table behind us if they had been helped, people who came after us were served drinks/chips and orders taken. We took our business elsewhere. Compás across the street was AWESOME
My son and I had breakfast here too many times to count back when he lived in LC and worked nights. Big and filling and excellent salsa. Employees knew us well, good service. Miss coming now that I'm alone, w/out car and in wheelchair. Such Joy there !! Miss you !!
Service was terrible. Server was either new or not good at her job. Didn't write down our order, came back to the table to ask what we ordered and still got it wrong. I sent my plate back and she asked again what I ordered.
So we asked Goggle who had the best huevos rancheros in Las Cruces, NM, their restaurant came up.However, I was not impressed with their huevos rancheros, it was very bland tasting. Beautiful restaurant though and the staff was very attentive even though we had no idea what she was asking since she didn't speak any English at all.
Great Mexican food. Not to much on waiter!
Terrible service, I understand everyone is short staffed because of the pandemic, but it's not a reason to ignore customers.
