burgers were great and great customer service... waitress was very nice and on task
Our waitress was amazing! Her name sounded like adornaka! I told her my nephew is on the spectrum! She listened to him and took his order first. She even brought his gift card back even though it was empty because he started to freak out a little bit about it not coming back to the table. Our food was hot and fresh. It was a great experience I can’t wait to come back!
Horrible service.. it was not busy at all, so I have no idea why the service was so bad. This place has been going downhill for a while, which is a real shame.. BWW is just staying afloat because baseball and football season, but it could be so much better.. The owner needs to step it up before it's too far gone!
Employees very nice, but the wings sucks. dosent matter if you ask for extra sauce, they never put the sauce on it. its dry. Take notes on california.
Good Food Service good pricing .
I ordered online and food was supposed to be ready by 6:20pm. I got there at 6:15 and went inside. I was told that they were running behind and that it would be another 10 minutes which is understandable because yes, they were very busy. I then told the girl that I was parked in the curbside and I texted the number to have my food brought out. I waited another 15 mins and still no food. I went back inside and asked again and was told that it was being brought out so I waited inside until about 15 mins later when finally I asked a third time about my food. Finally the lady grabbed the food from the rack and told me it had just come out. When I got home my fries were old cold and stale, and my wings were cold. Never again and I ordering Buffalo Wild Wings. On top of all that I didn’t receive my full order I was missing an order of 6 wings and the veggies
The food was ok, what I would expect to get out of a box, soggy nachos and cold food. The food quality is pretty consistent. Things I don't like...it is always way to loud inside of the restaurant. It makes it very difficult to hold a conversation without screaming at each other. It's always very cold. Service is ok, not fantastic, but not the worst. I would give three stars except for the fact that we got charged twice for our phone order. We called and placed an order for pickup, and they texted us a link to pay. We payed and even got the confirmation receipt. Then when we got to the restaurant, they made me pay again saying that it wasn't paid for. So I swiped my card several times because it wouldn't go through (because it was already paid for) I paid again and left. We called them and tried to talk to the manager about it and he said we had to bring in our bank statements showing that we paid twice. They called back a while later to say that yes we did pay twice and they would try to refund us. We are currently still waiting for our refund, and they didn't even apologize for their mistake or offer us anything. They just argued with us and told us we had to wait for a refund...not impressed ?
I love the chicken wings here BUT the order was COMPLETELY WRONG. Ordered 30 pieces with one flavour. Should be easy enough. Nope, 4 different flavors and ONLY 20 pieces. Nowhere near what I ordered. Folks please check and DOUBLE CHECK your customers orders. ***I checked my order and it was right. BUT, when I got home, I noticed that they were very stingy on the sauce. The order was more on the plain side (naked chicken wings).
Not bad. The food was pretty good and consistent with previous visits. The server was nice but she was in charge of a large section and was overwhelmed. For a Friday afternoon, I would have expected they would be ready for lunch.
