Amazing Sushi and dim sum!
Rude staff exorbitant price for sub par sushi that is mostly rice. Got curbside and didn't even give me chopsticks or a napkin when ticket was almost $40 not sure why this place has so many good reviews I've had better sushi at half the price.I would not recommend

Order the Aji tuna roll which I have done on numerous occasions and has always been good it would seem that the sushi chef did not understand properly how to trim the Aji tuna which was basically skin and a little bit of tuna which was an edible so poorly done usually good but not this time
Our waiter was amazing! She walked us through the menu and gave us the specials of the day! Very tentative and friendly! the food was great! I will definitely be going back.
Was excited to go hear for the first time tonight. Arrived to the restaurant and they weren't busy. We got sat almost right way and that was the last interaction we have with the staff. We never even got asked what we wanted to drink. Two other tables got sat after us and both had gotten there drink and appetizers orders. We were past by the waitresses at least a dozen times. We wait for about 20 to 30 minutes and finally just got up and left. Very disappointed as the menu looked really good. Don't know if we will give a second chance or not.
I absolutely love the New Mexico green Chile roll!! It’s amazing. The service on the other hand is trash. I hesitate going because of that reason, no manners. The lady handed me my curbside order without saying a word, after she couldn’t figure out my change.
Delicious Asian cuisine if you’re in the Las Cruces area. It’s definitely it’s own unique experience. Service can be a little spotty as well as menu options, (the only thing keeping this from being 5 star.)
Was 30 minutes late AND by the time I got it it was cold! How is that possible?!? I called at pickup time and was told to wait another 20 minutes. When I called again, no one answered. What kind of service is this? First time trying Aqua Reef and I’m regretting it.
Downgrading my rating temporarily, I hope. Aqua Reef has been a favorite dining place for us. However our last two experiences have left us disappointed. Most recently, the service has been good, but the kitchen has been mediocre at best. Aqua Reef use to have THE BEST Pad Thai hands down. Anyone can have a bad night, but two times in a row??? The refurbished fish tank was beautiful. But that alone is not worth the higher than average price for a meal. We haven't given up, but do hope our next visit will restore our faith. It would be a shame to lose what has usually been a dining experience we look forward to... come on Aqua Reef! We're pulling for you!
