The service was very good. The new bowl dishes they have are pretty good. I had the grilled chicken and spinach fettuccine. It was a pleasant surprise. The only thing missing from the dish was garlic bread.
Had a quick late lunch here today. Way above expectations. Steak (8oz sirloin) was cooked perfectly, staff/bartender was friendly, attentive, and quick. Beer (Kilt Lifter) from the tap was a perfect match to the already great sirloin. Will definitely be back!
They ask how many 5 waited to put tables together it was to close couldn't fit ask if we could sit in the one that was a boost with was rounded she said NO. Ok so then booth we were crowded but we made do. but no one ever clean the table. so asked the waitress to please clean their table for us. Every utensil was filthy and it was wrapped that it was already washed. We should have left from the first problem we decided to give it a try and it just got worse from there. The appetizers got there late food got there shortly after my plate was soaked in Grease I didn't ask for onions and they had lots of them. The waitress would not come to the table we waited for a long time you know what it was such a bad experience I will never go back. With covid going on you guys should be more cleaner!!!
My family and I came for dinner this past Sunday evening. The hostess didn't seem to be happy to be at work. Bummer because she is the first person we see when walking in for dinner. Our server, Dylan, however was super friendly and very attentive. I ordered a steak and asked for it to be cooked Medium and it came out well done. Wasn't very tasty at all but the 2 broccoli sides, shrimp and the parmesan sauce were really good. The House salad was amazing.
Very disorganized. They would sit other people that came while we were waiting for over 15 minutes. Our waiter would forget our order. Then in the end, he said he had to charge us already because he was leaving. We weren't done ordering drinks. After we paid he said we would have another waitress but no one came. Worst experience ever. The hostess instead of helping she was talking with her friends. The place seemed chaotic.
Self, son and his BF came, service was so-so, I asked if I could get a small piece of bread, was told no, there was only one plate they included a small breadstick with. I asked if they had any bread at all in the place, they looked at me like they couldn't understand what I said. I told them it was okay to charge me for it, still said no, I could not get any bread. I told my son to reduce his usual generous tip, he didn't, so they then thought what they didn't do was acceptable. I never returned, they did.On Veteran's Day, the first time they did, veterans offered free meal,encouraged to wear uniforms in. Young veterans could do that, older men likely didn't fit anymore. I asked if my son came with proof of service, would they send a meal home to a bedridden veteran ? Absolutely not !! Apparently, it was all about impressing the public, not honoring the vets. I called TV stations and asked they not send out news crews to the Applebee's, because all they cared about was advertisement, not vets who served in the older wars, or who gave their health. I didn't see it on any channels, thank goodness.It's their attitude that turns me off to their place of business.
Terrible service the waitress could not get our food or drinks right. No body asked to refill ours or the kids drinks. Did not get my second drink (which I had to ask for)till I was done eating. Then forgot a kids dinner twice. Never again it really went down hill. The food is not goid either definitely a waste of money not worth a night out. Then I asked to speak with the owner and he was rude as hell as I was bringing it to his attention. Do not run a business if you can not handle feed back sir.
Service was great but, whomever decided to change the menus made a big mistake. Your cooks are still, very good. It's a shame that the food do not have any taste. Go back!
Alex is the best server in the whole world!! We always get excited when we go to Applebee's and see that she is working! She is friendly, welcoming, efficient and so very kind!! You can tell she really cares! She is our favorite! She needs a big huge raise!
Joe (server) was the worst server. Took our drink order 4 drinks 1 mix drink only brought back 2. We placed our order... he left and around 15 minutes later came back and still forgot the 2 drinks. He told us repeatedly that mix drink was at bar we never got. Came back and asked what we had ordered he never placed our order. This was already 30 minutes for time of arrival. 2 other parties were seated way after us and got the food right away. After almost an hour we got our food. Worst experience ever. Your server was either high or didnt care about his job. We will never go back again!!!
